"What is the result of the DNA?....none? Don't worry I have an idea who our killer is" Rafael turned off the phone, he look at me then at the road "let's go to the victim's brother" he said, I look at him then saw his eyes looked serious "trust me but you'll like it" .
An hour later we were both at an apartment, asked for the name of Jose Abad Santos we were both admitted and we took the elevator, I wanted Rafael to tell me about Anna Hart but he seems to be more on the case rather than telling a story.
A few minutes later we were in front of a door and Rafael impatient as ever knocked the door, the door began to creak and then open revealing a thin faced man, he was a little taller than the victim and if Rafael is right the man will have a scratch but there is none on his face.
"This is about your sister may we enter?" the man gulped but then said "oh sure come on in" Rafael was the first one to enter, oh great a gentleman, I said to myself as I entered the unit then found something strange, in the room was pictures of Diana all smiling, I look at Rafael who just look at it indifferently.
"Tell me about your sister" Rafael said as Jose let us sit on his chair, Jose smiled "my sister, Diana was an angel she was kind to almost everyone including myself she even donated half of her income to an adoption center last year and was planning to adopt a child of her own" I look at a picture of him and his sister, Jose noticed it then smiled "that picture was taken during our trip in-...." he was cut short by Rafael who studied the whole room.
"The picture was taken in Palawan but unfortunately it was his last trip with her" Rafael look at the man in the eye his eyes are intense "where are you during the times' of 11:30 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.?" Jose look at us "look are you two suspecting me?" he demanded standing up and before he can do anything Rafael said "I would clearly say yes".
"Get out of my house!" Jose said as we both went out of his house, I look at Rafael then slapped his shoulders "what were you thinking?!" I screamed at him as we both went to our car, Rafael look at me then said "look he has a collection of her photos in magazines, playboy calendars and he even had a trashcan full of tissue papers clearly he was masturbating in front of those pictures...." suddenly he saw a car, a Honda adventure, he then look at me like some man who made a decision and is excited to announce it to the whole world "look at that car".
"What about it?" I asked as he pointed at a logo of Talk N' Text basketball team "Jose had a key chain logo the same as the logo of the sticker" he had something crazy in his mind that he held out his hands "give me your keys" he hissed but I kept it but he still won by grabbing the thing off me, from about ten minutes later my car came crashing at the car.
We were both in prison, Rafael kept talking at the phone with someone he kept on the dialing the same pattern of number and was speaking in a guttural tones, we both leaned on the wall for three days and I never noticed that I have slept one night. In the morning I was surprised to see my husband waiting for me outside, Rafael however kept his distance so I bid him farewell then left him at the jail.
"I told you he's a dangerous man now honey!" my husband said as we both went to our house, I was tired and so hungry, the prison guard only gave us some bread or crackers to eat, I sighed as I went out of the car then laid myself at the mattress.

I woke up then realized that it was 10:00 a.m. so I began to take a quick bath and breakfast then went to the police station but just then my Iphone rang "Mrs. Arellano you are called by Mr. Vega please wait a police vehicle will came and fetch you" I look around then saw that the police mobile was already there so I scrambled around with a pastry between my teeth then went to the police station.
I was in the office of Diana's uncle, the Inspector look at me then went on listening to Jose complaining about the wreckage of his car and the harassment of Rafael to him "I don't think you had to complain in that" Rafael entered the room, a file was in his hand "you never answered my question back at your apartment so I'll ask you again where are you during the times' of 11:30 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.?" before Jose could start a complain it was the Inspector who said "just answer the question" Jose took a deep breath then answered "I was in my apartment alone and studying for my exams happy now" Rafael laughed "I knew you would say that".
Rafael produced a C.D. which was hidden in his pocket "this was a video taken from one of the hidden camera in an alleyway near the victim's apartment and also...." Rafael produced a videotape then put it at the Inspector's table "this is the video taken from a nearby fast food restaurant" the Inspector told one of his officers to play the two tapes and it proved that Jose was near the apartment.
"So? It only proves nothing! I may say that I just visited my sister because I wanted to say sorry to her" Jose said, hysteria was now on his voice.
Rafael sighed "I was actually saying the same thing if only you hadn't left your fingerprints at my handkerchief as well as your blood when you grab me out of my companion's car and the report has just came by proving it that you are my killer and also...." Rafael took out a receipt of a gas station "you were at the gasoline station near Mr. Agra's house and I assume that you have attempts to kill him but rather it turned out to be Diana's lover".
He put down a report of the DNA and fingerprint analysis that the SOCO had taken then pointed at Jose "you can continue lying to me but here it is hook, line, bait and sinker" Jose look at the Inspector then at us, he said nothing there was no need already for it was already given proof.
