It was around 5pm when the taxi cab stopped in front of the Black Blood Packs house.
I sighed and slowly walked to the door.
"Alex. "I turned around. "I don't think I can do this. "I said.
"Why?" She asked. "Everything will be alright. "
"No. I'll have to reject him."I whispered to her.
"What is that?"
"Ugh. I'll tell you later. "I said and with that the door opened and the same man that stood at the door last time looked at us.
"Oh. Aren't you the lost girl of the red blood pack?" He asked.
"What? no. I left. "I said.
"Can we come in?" Alex said.
"Yea of course. "He opened the doors for us.
"Were is the beta of the pack?"
"In the living room. "He smirked at me. Weird isn't it.
We walked behind him to the room which wasn't a living room but an office. If he call that a living room well that guy got problems.
"What are we doing here?" I asked.
I looked at the back chair which was facing us behind the desk.
"You'll see. " He said then walked out leaving me and Alex alone , and shutting the door with a thud.
"How gentle. " I muttered. Alex chuckled.
"Well ladies. " Landon turned around in the chair smirking at us.
"Landon. "I muttered.
"Welcome back. " He looked at us from up to down then stood up.
His smirk turned into a deep frown. He crossed his arms over his chest and said.
"You two are going to stay with us until you beg us to die!" He said in a creepy voice. That really scared me. He really looked dead serious.
"But Mason said-" Alex started but he cut her off.
"Mason did his job so well." He smirked.
"Take her out of here!" He yelled and with that two muscled guys grabbed Alex's arms and pulled her out of the room , while two others held mine.
I fought a bit but they couldn't leave me. Beside me being tired.
"You fucking asshole !" I yelled in Landon's face.
"Leave her. " They put me down.
"You fucking fucktart! Why would you do this!?" I tried throwing at him a lot of punishes but he'd hold my hand.
"Who helped you escape?"
"No one!I went out alone !" I lied. I really don't want to get River in trouble.
"Wheres River?" I asked.
"Oh. So you want your poor mate? Luckily he didn't reject you. That would teach you both a lesson. "
"It's not his fault. "I yelled angrily.
"Stop lying. "He said.
"I'm not. Now where is he?" I asked.
"So you think you can disobey me by leaving and I have to obey you by leading you to your mate? Not how it works princess." he said smirking and going back to his stupid desk.
"And I know that you and your friend has something to do with the hunters knowing about us. "He said in a serious voice. My heart started beating fast in my chest.
I need to calm it down cause I don't want him to know that I'm lying.
"I have nothing to do with it! For once trust me if you don't about other stuff. " I muttered gritting my teeth together.
"I will never. Trust. You. " He said angrily.
"Take her and lock her in their dungeon till she says the truth. "He ordered. Then two hards grabbed me and got me out of the room.
I tried struggling and fighting , I did the best but I couldn't get loose.
They threw me in the dungeon and locked me up. This was much cleaner than that of the old pack house.
"Are you really doing this to me? "
"Those are orders. "He said locking the dungeon.
"My mate will die in two days! I can't let him die!"I said.
"You just have to say the truth. " He said in his same tone.
"How heartless are all of you!! I wish this happens to you and your mates. " He looked at me from above his shoulder and then walked away.
I could swear I saw his eyes holding sorrow and sadness for me.
Uh. I sighed sitting down. How could this happen to me? I shouldn't have went with Alex. I know she trusted Mason. But I can't believe that he used her! For god's sake!!! I'd love to rip his head off right now.
I thought and thought of things and didn't know it until I fell asleep.
But that night I cried myself to sleep. I felt my heart broken and that it won't be fixed. I felt each single second that passed by making me weaker and more tired than ever. I'll die if I don't get to see River. Now I know why he didn't want me to fall for him. It's a curse for him and his mate.

The sun shined on my dead body waking me up. I groaned rubbing my neck. That was the worst sleep ever !
I sat all day without water nor food. No one would even come and check on me. The day passed by and I did nothing but sit on the dirty floor ,looking hopelessly at the sky as its color changed. From the yellow of the day light till the breaking dawn and night.
Another day passed by and I'm just watching the sky. Nothing but stars shining bright like diamonds. The small window could give me a wonderful sight.
I was so tired , hungry ,and thirsty. I couldn't move anymore.
Tonight is the night I'm supposed to die in.
I closed my eyes as the night came once again in this dungeon and started thinking.
I thought about dying and going passing the light.
I'll see my mother...
My father...
My brother...
I smiled still closing my eyes as small tears rolled down my cheek.
I sighed. I opened my eyes and laid my head recklessly on the wall.
"Hey you. "A male voice whispered.
It took me all my power to turn my head toward the door of my cell. It was that guy that locked me up two days ago.
"What?"
"I'll help you. Come here. "
He opened my door and came in. "I can't move. "
He gave me a sad smile and held me bridal style as my hands fell lifelessly while he walked ...
