At The Restaurant
Nikki's POV:
John and I arrived at a beautiful restaurant and were seated. We both ordered and talked whilst we waited for our food to come.
"I really love this place. Thank you so much babe." I said.
I was really grateful. Everything was super classy and expensive.
"Anything for you." he said.
"You know, I'm so glad to have you in my life. I don't know if I could spend the rest of my life without you." I smiled.
He smiled back and pulled his phone out. Are you kidding me?? I keep giving him compliment after compliment and yet, he hasn't said one nice thing to me.
The waiter arrived with our food and put it on the table. We started eating but John was still on his phone. He was acting like I wasn't even with him.
"So....what are you planning for Wrestlemania?" I asked, trying to get him to pay at least a little attention to me.
"Yeah." he replied, still looking at his phone, smiling. What was entertaining him so much on his phone? He didn't even answer the question. I grabbed my fork, stabbing my food and eating.

1 Hour Later.....
At The Hotel
Nikki's POV:
John and I returned from what I thought was a horrible night out. He hardly talked to me and spent the entire hour with his eyes glued to his phone.
Maybe, just maybe, I could get him in bed with me. We stood outside my hotel room so I decided to make a move. I put my arms around his neck.
"How about we spend a little time together?" I whispered.
"Not now Nikki." he said. "I'm really tired. I'm not in the mood."
"Come on John. I know you want it." I said, flirtatiously.
"Nikki, I said no!" he said, pushing me off him, leaving me in shock.
He walked off, leaving me in the corridor with tears in my eyes. What was wrong with him?? Why was he acting like that??
I got my key card out and opened my hotel door to see it was empty. Brie must be with Bryan. I needed someone to talk to though. I felt lonely after the way John treated me. I decided to go to the person who always managed to bring a smile to my face.
I walked down the corridor and knocked on the door. The door opened to reveal Seth.
"Hey Nikks, how was your-" he paused when he saw me. "Nikks, what's wrong?? Why are you crying??"
I didn't think about it. I just did it. I wrapped my arms around him, hugging him tight as I sobbed. I could feel him hug me back as his warmth radiated off him onto me, as he stroked hair.
"Come on, come inside." he said.
We both walked inside and sat on the edge of his bed. His room was spotless. You wouldn't be able to tell that a guy was staying here. Seth was always a clean freak. He never liked mess.
"What's the matter Nikki?? I thought you were going on your date??" Seth said, only making me sob more.
"Sorry Nikki." he said, putting my head on his shoulder. "Are you gonna tell me what's wrong?"
So I did. I told him how John basically ignored me at the restaurant and how he pushed me in the corridor.
"He's not worth it Nikki and if he did do that, there might be a reason. Maybe he's stressed about something. I mean, he's the face that runs the place at work, right?" He said, chuckling.
"Seth." I whined. "You always gotta make everything a joke. This is serious. I'm scared my relationship is gonna fall apart."
"It won't and even if John does leave you, it's his loss because you are amazing. You are a heck of a woman, otherwise, we wouldn't be besties right now, would we?" Seth said, making me smile.
"Thanks Seth." I said.
"And if you wanted to bang someone, you could have banged me." Seth said like it was no big deal.
I gasped. "Seth!! Shut up, you pervert." I playfully punched his shoulder.
"At least I cheered you up." He said.
"Thanks Seth, for everything. I don't know what I would do without you. If you weren't around, I probably would have been most likely to be crying my eyes out alone in my room." I said.
"Was Brie not there?" Seth asked.
"No, she went to Bryan's room tonight." I explained.
"Your sister's banging but you're not." Seth said.
"Nope." I sighed.
"My offer is still on the table if you wa-"
"Seth, I will punch you right now. You have a girlfriend." I said.
"If only I didn't have a beautiful girlfriend." Seth said, pretending to sigh, making us both laugh.
"I better get back to my room." I sighed.
"Why don't you stay here for the night? It'll be better than spending your night alone in your room and you're upset which means you'll only think about John more. Stay here. At least I'll be able to distract you." Seth said.
"Are you sure Seth? I don't want to be any trouble." I said.
"You're my best friend. A boatload of trouble comes with the package." Seth laughed.
I rolled my eyes. "I don't have my clothes."
"You can wear mine, it's no problem." Seth said.
"Are you sure?" I asked.
"It's fine." he said.
He went to his suitcase and pulled out an over sized t-shirt and a pair of sweats. He gave them to me and I went to the bathroom to change. When I was done, I came out and saw Seth shirtless. I tried to hide the blush that was quickly forming on my face.
I quickly turned away and managed to cool my face down before turning around again. Seth now had a shirt on.
"So, what are we doing now?" Seth asked when he saw me.
"I'm pretty worn out from my crappy date so I might just go to bed." I said. "Where should I sleep?"
"You can sleep on the bed. I'll sleep on the couch." he said.
"No, you can't do that. I've already taken up your space by staying here. You could at least sleep on the bed." I said.
"It's fine Bella. Don't worry about me." he said.
"Seth Freakin' Rollins, I am not letting you give up your bed for me. Why don't you just sleep next to me?" I suggested.
"You just wanna bang me so hard, don't you?" he laughed.
"Ewww, no. That would be weird. I would never bang you." I said.
Just thinking about it made me feel funny.
"I'm joking. I'll sleep next to you if you feel comfortable enough." he said, putting his hand on my shoulder.
"I'll be fine. I trust you." I said.
"Okay, you jump into bed. I'm just gonna check to see if everything is locked up." he said.
I climbed into bed, pulling the covers over me. I was so grateful to have a friend like Seth. I honestly didn't know what I would do without him. I felt myself becoming more sleepy when I felt the bed dip.
Seth switched off the lamp that was next to him and pulled the covers over him. I then felt him kiss my forehead.
"Goodnight Nikks." he said.
"Goodnight Ninja." I said before falling asleep.
