Chapter 73. *Taylor's POV*
I opened my eyes slowly as sunlight invaded my room.
"Taylor wake up we're late!"
I sat up and blinked a few times and rubbed my eyes, adjusting them to the now bright room.
"What?"
"Your alarm didn't go off! We're late."
Great.
"Well what time is it?"
Sarah looked at her phone then back at me.
"7:15. Your bus leaves in ten minutes. Do you think we can be ready in time?"
"We better be ready! If we aren't my parents would have already gone to work and we will have to walk!" I replied and jumped out of bed.
"Okay well let's go!"
We both ran lightning fast downstairs. I slid into a kitchen seat, grabbing a box of cereal. Flakes of cereal flew everywhere but I didn't have time to pick them up.
I poured cereal into the two bowls for us. Meanwhile, Sarah was getting milk out of the fridge. She unscrewed the cap and ran over, spilling milk all over in the process.
"Smooth Sarah." I replied as she quickly poured the milk into our two bowls.
"You dumped the cereal!"
"Shut up and eat!"
"What about spoons?"
"Um.." I looked down at my bowl. "I don't think any are clean."
"Forks?"
"No no. We can just do this." I replied and picked up the bowl. I tipped it and poured some of it in my mouth.
"Taylor those aren't good table manners!" Sarah said.
"Eat!!" I replied while chewing my cereal.
Sarah did as told. When we finished we ran back to my room.
"Should we twin today?" Sarah asked.
"What would we wear?" I asked.
"Blue striped sweater."
The best time to wear a stripped sweater.. Is all the timee.
"Okay sure."
We both quickly got dressed.
"Now makeup!"
"Taylor we don't have time for-"
"We will make time for makeup Sarah!"
"Then collect all the makeup and bring it downstairs!" she said.
I nodded, gathering my mascara and eyeliner and running down the stairs.
I stopped at the mirror and started to out a thin line of eyeliner on the bottom.
Devon ran by and bumped me by mistake. My hand jerked down and I drew a long lone of eyeliner down my face.
"Crap Devon!!" I yelled at him and desperately tried to fix it. It only smudged more.
"Sorry Taylor!!" he replied.
Evan walked over and laughed, "I love the new look sis. It fits you great."
"Shut up it's Devon's fault!"
He grabbed my arm and pulled me along.
"Evan stop I have to fix my make up!"
"No time Taylor! We are gonna be late!!"
I groaned. I honestly wonder how bad I look right now. I didn't brush my hair yet and I have a huge line of eyeliner going down my left cheek.
"GUYS C'MON WE ARE GONNA BE LATE!!" Evan yelled up the stairs.
Everyone else ran downstairs.
We got to the bus stop just in time. The bus was just about to leave.
I sighed in relief as I took my seat next to Sarah.
"We did it!"
"Sorta."
I raised my eyebrow. "What do you mean?"
"You have eyeliner down the side of your face Taylor."
"Well give me your mirror so I can fix it!!"
Sarah laughed and handed me her compact mirror.
I tried rubbing the eyeliner off but it didn't work at all.
"Are you having fun there Taylor?"
Wonderful. Daniel!
I had my hand on my face and I was just about to rub it some more. I looked over at him and waved with the other hand.
"Yes actually. Lots of fun!"
"Oh I'm sure of that!"
"Hey, now. Rubbing make up off is a blast!"
"Your weird."
"I'm tired there's a difference."
"No. Your weird." He said and laughed.
I rolled my eyes playfully.
"Go away." I replied and laughed.
"I can't. We are on a bus."
"Okay Daniel." I said and smiled.
"Stop flirting and fix your makeup." Sarah said and laughed.
"Okay okay I'm working on it."
"You better finish before-"
Just then the bus screeched to a stop and we all went forward.
"What the heck? What's going on-"
