We basically run back to the car locking the door and speeding off.
"I've never been so scared in my life" Mary says shaking
"Thanks for doing this" I tell them I guess we are really friends
"Yeah you better be glad we like you because there's not a lot of people that I would go into a murders house for" eli laughs
"So now what?" Mary says wanting to know what we do next but I don't even know
"I saw the little girl we have to get her out of there" I try not to cry at remember her in that corner all alone and scared
"Well whatever you do we got your back" mary smiles at me

I walk back into the house and see aunt Lora and Lucy sitting on the couch talking like they are old friends
"Hi?" I say they finally notice my presence
"There you are. where have you been?" Aunt Lora asks me
"Writing a paper" I lie
"Lucy was just telling me that your going to start babysitting her kids" aunt Lora say
"Y-yeah" I smile I hope Lucy is lying about that
"Well I better go but I'll see you later" aunt Lora smiles at us as she grabs her purse and leaves
"Sorry I had to makeup some kind of excuse to why I was here" Lucy apologizes
"It's fine. Where's Luke?" I look around and I don't see him
"I don't know" she shrugs "we only can communicate through notes so I also just assume he's somewhere in the room"
I see Luke open the Basement door and he looks up at me, I see him breath a sigh of relief and runs towards me hugging me tight
"Are you okay? She diddnt do anything to you right sweetheart" he says cupping my cheeks
"I'm fine" I smile
"Did you find the little girl" Lucy asks me
I grab Luke's hand and walk to the couch
"Yeah Miss Watson had her locked in a room but I talked to her for a minute. She was so scared" I try not cry
Luke squeezes my hand.
"Can't we call the police" I ask Lucy almost begging
"I've tried they never believe me" Lucy says on the verge of tears herself
"I told that little girl I was going to help and i can't leave her there" I practically sob
"Hey look at me" Lucy says softly "we are going to get her out I promise"
"We will find a way" Luke says
I just hope it's not to late.
