Surprise! You guys really wanted me to update so here it is! Double update! I really hope you enjoy and without further ado, let's go on with the chapter! (It's a long one)

Daphne's POV
I woke up with a killer headache, making me groan. My vision was foggy making me rapidly blink to try and clear it up. I rubbed at my eyes as all that happened hit me. I was kidnapped. Kyle betrayed me. To think that I really trusted him. I mean he trained me and showed me how to fight. I groaned again. I swore under my breath and sat up, my vision now clear.
I looked around and saw that I was in a huge bedroom. I was on a HUGE bed that felt as if it was made of clouds. I had a blood red blanket covering me, making me shiver. Across from me was a large tv that had a flickering camp fire on it. To the side, there was a white chair that had a furry blanket and pillow laid on it. The floor was a tan carpet that was fluffy.
On the other wall next to the chair, was a small book case with books filling the shelves. To the left of that, there were some glass doors that led to a small balcony, the sun leaking in through them. Across from there was a large cherry brown wardrobe, that had a vintage vibe. On the left of the wardrobe was an open door that seemed to belong to a huge bathroom. The light was turned on in there letting me see the huge bathtub that was in there. On the wall closest to me, was the door that I guess led to my freedom.
Wait. If I was kidnapped, why am I in a really nice room? Shouldn't I be in like a cellar? Ok, maybe I'm lucky that didn't happen.
I quickly got up off the bed and regretted it. The room started to spin so I sat my butt down again. As it stopped spinning, I got up again but, made sure I did it slow. I went over to the door suspecting it to be locked but, to my surprise, was unlocked. I slowly opened the door trying not to make noise. I stuck my head out and saw that there was no one in the long narrow hall.
I stepped out cautiously onto the red carpet. Why so much red?! Oh wait never mind. Hehe. I walked in a random direction only hoping that it was a way out. If my suspicions were correct, I am in Zander's house so if I find the training room, I'll be able to get out from there. The only problem was, I had never been in this part of the house so I was blindly walking in a house full of vampires.
I mean for all I knew I could be walking to a hungry vampire that likes drinking blood of people that are beautiful and likes to flip their weave because they know it. Oh dear maybe I should turn around, if that vampire found me, he would suck ALL the blood from me! Ok ok, stop being weird mind! You always do this when your scared or worried! And now I'm talking to my mind. Ok deep breaths. You are not crazy.
At least that's what I told myself to try and stay sane in this situation. I passed many doors until I reached the end of the hallway. There were two large doors where there seemed to be some noises behind. I weighed my options on whether I should open them or not and decided against it. Who knows what could be behind them.
I turned around and passed all the doors again. The other end of the hall didn't seem to be a dead end, around the corner was another hallway that led to some spiraling stairs.
I went to the stairs and went down, my shoes making slight noise as I did. This place really is huge. It made me wonder how Arron's whole house looked like since I've only been on the first and second floor. Eh.
Once I reached far enough, I stopped to make sure there was no one around. Nothing. I'm not sure if this is a good thing. But then again when I used to train with Kyle, I didn't really see many people *cough vampires* so I guess this was good?
I finished going downstairs and saw that I was in what seemed to be a library. There were tall shelves against the walls with books loaded on them. Across from me were two wooden doors. Ok, where the heck is the exit?! I decided there wasn't a choice but to and see if the doors maybe led somewhere. I crossed the large library and reached the doors. Suddenly, there was a pounding on the door.
"Let me out!" Someone yelled from inside.
I jumped back, frightened.
"Somebody let me out!" They yelled again.
It was now that I seemed recognize the voice. Could it be...?
"Zander?" I yelled so that I could be heard through the door.
"Daphne? Let me out!" he answered.
I looked at the door and saw that a key was needed.
"I can't! I don't have the key!" I told him.
"Um, I think there's a spare key inside a red book," he told me.
I turned around and saw that there were many books that were red. Great.
"Any more specifics?" I asked, glancing around the library.
"It's called 'Red Moon' and it should be in the top shelf!" he answered.
Oh well that just got simple, notice the sarcasm.
With a sigh, I went over to the rolly ladder and rolled it over to the end. I climbed to the top and started looking for the book. I rolled myself across as I skimmed through the titles.
Aha! Here's it is!
I was just about to grab the book when someone yelled, "Hey you!"
I looked down and saw that a man was by the stairs. I quickly grabbed the book and hastily looked inside. The key was right where Zander said it'd be. I felt the the ladder shake. The guy was climbing up the ladder with his fangs showing. I quickly grabbed the key which required me to let go of the ladder.
He shook it again making me go stumbling down, dropping the book and key in the process. I was able to grab on to one of the steps before I would fall to the ground and most likely brake something. I looked down and saw that he was close now. I waited for him to get to me. Once he did, I kicked him square in the face making him fall completely off the ladder and onto the hard ground. I climbed down and ran towards where I saw the key fall.
But, before I could, someone grabbed my shoulder and said, "You're going to pay for that bitch."
He threw me on the ground and laughed. I quickly got up and got in my stance. He went for a punch and I ducked. He kicked so I sidestepped.
As I was fighting, Kyle's lessons kept zooming through my mind. That traitor actually did a good job at training me.
As I got distracted for a second, he threw me across the library, making me painfully hit a shelf on the process. Some books fell on top of me, making it more painful. Ignoring the pain, I bit my tongue and grabbed a book. When he came at me, I faked that I was going to hit him in the head but, instead hit him where two jack o lanterns and a cactus are. Aka where the sun doesn't shine. He fell to the ground holding himself. I ran to the key and quickly grabbed it and ran to the doors. I panted hard as I put the key in and unlocked the door. Zander quickly came out and gave me a hug. He gave me a confused look as he saw I was panting. He opened his mouth as if to say something but, pushed me behind him. That's when I saw that the dumbpoop that I just fought was sneaking behind me. Zander stepped forward as his eyes turned red.
"Stand back! I order you!" he told the guy.
The guy hissed but bowed nonetheless. Bowed? Why'd he bow? The guy ran from there and I was left with Zander.
"You've got a lot of explaining to do," I said, cocking an eyebrow.
He nodded and said, "Not now, I promise that I'll tell you later."
I rolled my eyes.
"Ok lets go, we have to get you out of here," he said, pulling my arm.
I pulled back, "But what about my mom?"
"You're in danger, I'll figure out a plan to help her," he said pushing me forward.
I reluctantly walked forward toward the stairs. He led me through some corridors and before I knew it, we were in the training room.
"Okay, get on my back, and I'll get you out of here," he told me, crouching down.
I did as told and he went out the training room. Just as he was going to run, we heard a man's voice from behind us.
"Ah, you're awake! Hey are you leaving so soon? I thought you'd like to see your mother,"
I got off of Zander's back and saw a tall, lean man that looked a lot like Zander. I felt Zander stiffen as he looked from me to the man.
"Zander my boy, where do you think you were taking her?" he asked, narrowing his bright red eyes on Zander.
As if on cue, Zander grabbed my arms and took me to the man. It's like he was possessed. The man grinned as I reached him.
"Right this way," he said, motioning in front of him.
Zander took me forward towards the end of the hall. We stopped once there was a plain wall keeping us from going forward. I looked to the man and saw he was staring at me. He gave me another grin which sent chills down my spine. He out his hand on the wall and it started moving. It opened up to a dark hallway with dim lights in the ceiling. Zander pushed me forward and we walked till we turned the corner.
The man walked in front, carrying himself with surprising smoothness and confidence. We reached bars that had a lock in them. He took out a key and unlocked them. We stepped inside and that's when I noticed all the cells. Som were empty while some had people that looked like they were barely fed. He walked to one of the cells in the middle and what I saw almost made me sick. Inside were two people, a very familiar teenage girl and an older woman that seemed to be in her 30's.
"Kat?!" I said, horrified that it was her in there.
"Daphne!" she yelled weakly.
I looked at the woman and saw that she had many features that were similar. Similar, that they were like mine.
"Mom?" I choked out.
"Daphne, my sweet daughter."
