"Laura!" I heard when I came running down the stairs.
"yes, V," I said.
"I have to fly to LA to- shoot some special episodes for Switched At Birth," I finished for her.
"don't worry, V. I'll be fine," I said and pulled open the door to find Ross.
"what are you doing here?," I asked and hugged him.
"we have school... remember?," he asked hugging back.
"right," I said and walked into the passenger seat of his car.

Class was like every other class. Boring.
I couldn't wait for lunch to come. I walked over and sat beside Ross.
"hey, Laur!," Raini said and gave me a hug. I hugged her back.
Raini's like a sister to me.
"Laura," Calum greeted and sat across from Ross. They did some weird handshake thing and said 'what up' at the end.
I rolled my eyes. I sat back down and ate my lunch.
"so what are you guys doing tonight?," I asked.
"Calum and I are going on our first official date," Raini said and I couldn't help but smile. I love Calum.
He's perfect for Raini.
"congrats," I said as I saw a small blush appear on her face.

I opened the door and smiled.
"where are we going tonight?," I asked.
"that's a surprise," Ross answered.

We pulled up to the drive-thru of Taco Bell and ordered. After eating our meal in the car we drove off somewhere else.

"ha! Try to beat that high score!," I shouted at Ross.
"please, I could do it with my eyes closed," he said and sat down and gripped the wheel.
"prove it," I said and placed my hands over his eyes. It turns out he wasn't lying.
"aww don't pout, Laurie. Come on I'll buy you some ice cream," he said and my face lit up.

We parked the car and decided to take a walk in the park.
"Ross?"
"yeah?," he answered.
"you have ice cream...," I gestured pointing to my face.
"where?," he asked.
"right... HERE!," I said and pushed my ice cream on his face.
"Laura!," he screamed and ran after me. The only sound to be heard were my laughs.
