The Scream Of Silence

I am afraid
What will happen to me?
I really got to scream somehow
Because people don't seem to see
I can't tell you much
They would never let me talk
There is a needle on the table
I have some memories of it being in my arm
Truth inside of me is fading
I want to scream it before it never comes back
But they have somehow cut my tongue
I can use it to eat
But I'm completely voiceless tonight
What will happen to me?
It doesn't seem right and...
I really got to scream, no one seems to see
