The days were bright and long. Summer was approaching in the season. I sat with my friend, off course not friend my best friend Samaira in our busy school canteen
I am Meera Sen. And I'm 16. I love my school and friends. I was currently having lunch with my bff in the recess. School is my best place and friends are my life. She was like talking and talking and I nodded on times I saw her asking me something I actually didnt pay attention. It was the early days of the new session. So classes were not great to listen. I was busy looking around when a loud shattering was heard which caught my attention

"can't you listen? I'm asking for a burger not a coke"a boy was shouting at the waiter on the middle of the canteen making all of us to turn the heads. "i-i m sorry sir I -"the waiter tried to apologize when he caught his collar by saying "I'll not leave you. Next time " he said making his voice more dangerous. Such a short tempered! I thought
"hey Ayan let's go football match is just going to start"another boy which I also didn't recognise came running in the canteen and took him away

There was a great scene in the canteen . God knows who were those creeps
I bid a good-bye to Meera going back home. I was living two roads away from her house. I was living with my aunt here while Meera was living with her elder sister Mahi in the town. My Mom-dad lives in Bangkok they are great business man, living their own life. Meera's parents live in Saudi Arabia where Meera and I together studied but later they brought us India here. Yes our parents are outgoing and modern but they think that studying in
India would make our habits and humour perfect. you know Indian traditions and rituals.
The next morning was beautiful as always. I, being a music lover played some chords on my guitar. Meera and I were lovers of music. I love rock as always and to play guitar while Meera on the other side work on her vocal chords that is she sings well. The phone banged making me out of my music "Hello "I said "Hey Sam today you'll be late.
