Ashton was trying to enjoy the last of his break before school starts back up. He currently is on his bed, scrolling through his tumblr on his phone in silence when he heard a tap on from his window. He roll his eyes at the sound since he wasn't in the mood for anything. Let's just say that he's still upset from what his father did during Christmas.
All he received was a couple dollars, condoms, a slap in the face, and disappointment. That was his Christmas presents from his father since his mother said that her flight got delayed for technical difficulties.
A slap in the face was from his father since Ashton didn't like the condoms and felt extremely uncomfortable with the present. Plus he is still a virgin and in response was,"Man up Ashton and fuck a girl!"
His bad mood dragged on for a couple days as he now has a couple more dollars saved for when he can buy a car and condoms that he won't use for a long time.
His thoughts were interrupted when he heard another tap on the window. He glare and saw that it is only Luke on the other side.
He quickly went to open the window with a surprised expression on his face as Luke crawls in with a smile on his face.
"What are you doing here?"the dirty blonde ask.
"I wanted to surprise you and your dad scares me."
Ashton walk back to his bed and sat down, Luke following behind and the smaller teen noticed he has something behind his back.
"What are you hiding?"
"Wha—oh, uh, nothing!"he said before flashing a smile to assure the boy.
"That doesn't sound like nothing to me, Robert."Ashton's bad mood slightly reflecting in his voice.
Luke was taken back before asking,"What's wrong babe? You never called me by my middle name before."
Before Ashton could say anything, his bedroom door flew open, scaring the two teens as his father walks in.
"Ashton, I'm going out and why in the hell is there a guy in your room? I don't remember letting you invite your friend over! I'm surprised that you actually have a friend other than whatever his name is."Ashton's father said in his booming voice, which scared him a little.
Luke grit his teeth at Mr. Irwin for slightly insulting Ashton. He tried to keep a peaceful smile on his face but it only looks forced as his knuckles were clenched.
"I'm sorry father, I tried to tell you but you were sleeping."Ashton lied."But his name is Calum and yes...Luke is also my......friend."
"Yeah, bullshit boy! I was awake the whole time and don't ever lie to me again! Anyways, I'm heading out for the night."
"That's a shocker,"the smaller teen mutter under his breath with an eye roll.
"What was that?"Ashton's father snap.
"I said okay."
The man grunt before slamming the door shut and Ashton hid his face in his hands, embarrassed that Luke had to witness the whole thing.
"Babe...are you okay?"Luke's soothing voice ask as he scoots closer to the other teen.
"This is my life, I'm sorry that you have to experience this."Ashton sigh before looking into his bright blue eyes, his cheeks still red.
"You don't deserve this, you don't deserve to be sad. And I fucking promise you that after graduation, the two of us will look for a place and live together."the blonde said, he wanted the dirty blonde to live in an environment where it's safe and he won't be treated like the way he is. Luke wants Ashton to be happy and feel loved, that is Luke's priority.
"Thanks for making me feel better, but what if we don't last that long?"Ashton sadly questions the blonde.
"Please don't say that babe, we will make it."he said while pulling the smaller boy into a hug.
The embrace made him smile, knowing that he feels safe and at home in Luke's arms.
"But I got you something for Christmas, even though the holidays are over."
"Luke,"Ashton groan."I told you not to get me anything! I'm okay with your presence!"
"I couldn't help it babe! But I promise that you'll like it."he smile and gave Ashton his wrapped present.
"I feel shitty for not getting you anything."
"I don't care, you deserve the world."
Ashton couldn't help but blush at Luke's statement as he went to open the present. Which turn out to be a white t-shirt that said lol ur not Alex Gaskarth. The dirty blonde nearly scream since the shirt is amazing and Luke remember Ashton's favourite member of All Time Low. They had a long conversation about the band and Luke's favourite member is Jack.
He was about to thank the blonde until he saw another shirt in the box as well, he pulled it out and it was Luke's hockey jersey. He gawked at the present since the shirt is valuable to the blonde yet he's giving it to him.
"Yeah, I thought you would want it. Even though the season is over and we weren't dating at the time."Luke respond as he scratch the back of his neck, a slight blush covering his face.
"These are literally the best presents ever! You literally made my shitty Christmas better."Ashton said as he went to hug the blonde.
"Why was your Christmas shitty?"
Ashton thought about telling him the whole story, but he didn't want to kill his mood."The gift my father gave me was a couple dollars and condoms."
"Uh...why?"
"I don't even want to say."
"Well, your father is out, let's get something to eat."Luke smile at the other teen.
"I would like that,"Ashton admits with a blush.
"It's fine if you want to wear the jersey, it's not like I've been dying for you to wear it for a long time now."
Ashton playfully roll his eyes as a blush covered his face before responding,"Thanks for the hint. Just step out of the room for the second and I'll be out."
Luke walk out of the bedroom and shut the door behind him as Ashton quickly put on the jersey. He look in the mirror and saw it hang down to his mid-thighs as the majority of his collarbone is showing since Luke's shoulders are so broad.
The dirty blonde look on the back of the jersey and saw Luke's last name printed across the upper back and his number. On the front shows his number and said Badgers on top of the number. He couldn't help but smile when the jersey smells like him.
Ashton went ahead and tuck the jersey in his black skinny jeans and grabbed his phone before heading out.
Luke couldn't help but smile at the smaller teen, he enjoy seeing Ashton wear his clothes. He admits that the dirty blonde is hot when he wears his clothes.
"Uh, lets get going. I don't want you to starve."the blonde nearly stutter as he let out an awkward chuckle at the end before grabbing the smaller teen's hand and escorting them out.
The two went to eat at the restaurant of their choice and had a great time.

This chapter sucks the most and I apologise to everyone. I'm busy with exams and all that shit.
Starting this upcoming Saturday and until March, I will start my 2D animation art class with my cousin. So I'm going to be slightly being busy with my cousin and hanging out with my family I rarely see.
I'm the type of person to spend time with my family that I don't get to see often and not be on my phone. Hopefully you guys understand and I apologise for this crappy chapter.
