"And?" My two best friends asked me as soon as I stepped out of the doctor's office. It's been a day since I told them and it seems like they're still not over the fact that I had sex.

They both talked me into letting them accompany me to my doctor and to be honest, I was glad someone came with me. I smiled at them and continued my way outside. I was greeted by the fresh air as soon as I left the building.

"Don't let us down. Are you pregnant or not?" Stacey asked.
"Am I going to be the uncle to Prince Charming's child?" Jason asked at the same time. I stopped and turned to look at them.

"No, I am not pregnant and the STD test results come back in a week." I said, relieved by that. I couldn't be a mother right now. Someday, but not now. Jason and Stacey let out a breath of relieve.

"Aw." Jason sighed disappointed and I hit his shoulder hard. I knew I shouldn't have told him who I slept with. But sooner or later he would've found out anyways.

"Ouch." He grunted. Making Stacey laugh.
"So, who's up for some drinks tonight?" Stacey asked and I quickly shook my head.
"Not tonight, I really have to catch onto some things this week. I also haven't applied to any schools yet. So that's a no for me." I said and she looked at Jason, who shrugged.

"Sure, as long as your drunken self doesn't try something on me." He said and Stacey rolled her eyes.
"Don't worry about that." She snapped.

Once I was home, I installed my stove and unpacked some more things. I realized I hardly dedicated time to my new home. All I did these last few weeks was go out with Stacey and Jason.

I smiled when I saw my old yearbook and sat down on the couch, apple juice in my hand. Gosh, how much I miss being in high school. If I were an ordinary teenager, I would've graduated last year. But even last year seemed so far away.

I looked at a few senior quotes, laughing at Jason's: 'Nothing was harder than high school. Not even my dick.'

I'm surprised they didn't sensor that. When a yawn escaped me, I put the yearbook aside and closed my eyes for a few seconds. These past few days have really worn me out.

I opened my eyes again and stood up, walking into my bedroom in order to get my laptop. I decided I had to distract myself, and how better to do that than by writing a few application letters. But as I waited for my laptop to turn on, I got an idea. One that definitely defeated the purpose of distracting me.

So when I finally clicked on Google, I hesitated. Should I do it? I felt like invading his privacy, but to be honest. What did he expect? He didn't give much away about himself and something in me just couldn't let go. Maybe they are right when they say the first one will always be special. Jesus, I hated myself for even thinking about that.

I just shook those thoughts away and typed in: Prince Charming. Of course a dozen Disney references and pictures came up. So I tried: Prince Charming fighter. That seemed to work as a picture of the familiar handsome man popped up. There was no biography about him, only a Wikipedia article, saying how many fights he won and uninteresting stuff.

Nothing about his real name. Nothing about where he lives either, just where his next fight will be. I texted Jason a quick message, asking if he was going to be there and offering to drive him again. Because I still had Elijah's money and wasn't planning on keeping it. I may or may not want to see him again.

Jason said he was going for sure and already planned on asking me. Something about the thought of seeing him again made me smile. Ugh, stop it. I need to think about something else. Like my life, my future. Speaking of my future, I still have to write those application letters. So I sighed and finally got to work.

Ten letters later, I let out a breath and allowed myself to finish up. My fingers hurt and when I looked away from the laptop, I realized dark surrounded me. It had to be evening already, so I closed my curtains and turned on some lamps in my room. When I looked at the clock I saw that it was past eight and my stomach growled.

I went to the kitchen and made myself some salad, since I didn't want to use the stove before someone looked at it. Even if I installed it, I want to make sure it works correctly.

So I ate my salad in front of the t.v. This was exactly how I liked it. Watching movies at night and enjoying some quiet time, away from loud music and sweaty bodies.

I still wondered what Jason and Stacey were doing right now. Probably standing in line. I smirked, practically hearing Stacey scowl at someone who just touched her 'by accident'. Yes, it definitely felt good to be home.

STACEY'S PoV

I just ordered my very first drink when Jason sat down at the bar next to me. I love Jason as a friend, but if he's planning on staying by my side the next few hours, this is not going to work.

I wished Lilah was here, so this wouldn't be a problem. She always managed to get rid of him when we went out together, which wasn't very often.

"There you are. I've been looking for you all over the place. What part of 'wait for me' did you not understand?" I heard my ex boyfriend scoff and I rolled my eyes.

"I didn't know we would be stuck together tonight." I answered honestly.
"Well, we will. But only because we're doing something way better than drinking." He told me just when my first drink arrived.

"Thanks." I gave the bartender a sweet smile and he winked, before going to another person. I heard the man next to me let out an annoyed breath and seconds later my glass was taken away from me.
"Hey. Get your own!" I scowled at Jason. Annoying much?

"I told you, we were not going to drink tonight." I watched him give my drink to some girl next to him, who took it in a heartbeat and drunk half of it down. Jesus, has she ever heard of bad people in this world, who put drugs in naive people's drinks?

"Then what are we doing? Because just dancing with you is not going to cut it." I told him and he glared.
"We're also not going to dance." He said, looking at something past me before smirking.

"Don't look, but tonight's subject is a few feet behind you." He whispered in my ear and of course I looked. Who doesn't? I smirked as soon as I saw who he was talking about and turned around. Jason frowned at me.
"Didn't I say don't look?" I rolled my eyes at that.

"So, what's your plan?" I asked him.
"Well, since Lilah said she was done with him, but we both know she's not. I thought we could maybe find out who he is. Ask around. I mean he works here, somebody has to know his real name." He said and I nodded slowly.

I should've known there was a reason why he wanted to come to this specific club. It's fine with me, though. Since I know Lilah wouldn't tell us if she still liked him. Maybe we could also find out what his big deal is and what he wants from my best friend.

"Okay, so where do we start?" I asked and Jason shrugged in response.
"He's working tonight, so he'll probably be all over the place. We need to make sure he doesn't catch up on our plan." I agreed with that and looked towards the bodyguard again. He was currently talking to a bartender, who nodded at what he was saying.

"They looked pretty social together." Jason spoke my mind.
"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" I looked back at my friend and he nodded.
"I'll get him away and you talk to that bartender." Jason ordered and I nodded.

I watched him stand up from the barstool and look around as if looking for a victim. Then he looked at me and nodded. Before I knew it, he pushed someone hard. That person bumped into a few other people, one of them looked as scary as the bodyguard, just without tattoos. His drink fell to the ground and I could practically see the smoke coming out of his ears as he looked at the man Jason shoved.

That scary man picked the man up, who accidentally bumped into him and punched him in the face. The crowd was in panic and I looked at Lilah's almost baby daddy as he took the scary guy and dragged him away. I could actually see why my best friend was attracted to him. He did look pretty good and his black shirt was hugging his broad chest perfectly. He's a little too pretty-boy-faced for me, but I could definitely imagine him with Lilah.

"What are you looking at? Go on with the plan." Jason hissed and I remembered I had to talk to the bartender. So I walked over and sat down at the part of the bar, said bartender was working at. He smiled at me and stopped wiping the bar.

"What can I do for you?" He looked cute with his imperfect teeth and crooked nose. His eyes had a beautiful brown colour and his hair was blonde.
"Sex on the beach and the drink too." I said and the man in front of me laughed.

"Now, now. I don't even know your name." He played along and I nodded.
"Fair enough. I'm Sarah." I was about to say my real name when I realized we were on a mission.
"Alright, Sarah. I'm Toby, nice to meet you." To my surprise, he stuck out his hand. I shook it and noticed his hard grip. He was confident, I liked that.

"Hey man, they need me in the back. Don't wait up for me, I'll get a cab." I heard that familiar voice behind me. Oh gosh, he shouldn't see me. I saw his ink covered hand place some keys on the counter next to me and Toby took them with a nod. I frowned in confusion. Then I felt the guard's presence leave and when I looked back, he was gone. Phew, that was close.

"So, my shift is over in ten. You wanna come over and drink some coffee with me?" He asked and I smiled before realizing this is not what I came for. I had to find out some stuff about Lilah's man.

"Are you sure you don't wanna wait up for your friend?" I traced my finger up his arm seductively. I saw him lick his lips.
"Nah, he'll find home by himself." He said, which confused me even more.

"But he gave you his keys. Do you guys all share cars around here?" I asked him and he chuckled before shaking his head.
"No, just me and Clark. We're roommates." He informed me and I finally understood. His name was Clark, not Elijah. He lied to Lilah.

"And you want me to drink some coffee with you, while he's there?" I scrunched up my nose.
"He won't be there. That's why he gave me the keys. He probably saw that we were bounding." He winked again and I actually laughed. I thought about actually going there to investigate, but realized if he liked me, that would be a bitch move.

"What do you say?" He asked and I really wanted to. He also didn't look like the type that would get attached to somebody after a meaningless one night stand.
"Meet me outside in ten minutes." I said and he beamed at me. I left him there and quickly walked over to Jason.

I told him about my plan and we decided it would be best not to tell Lilah unless we know everything.
