Asia POV
Today was the day me and Rodney would finally get a chance to hang out. He had been so busy with this new secret job of his that I didn't get a chance to see him.
"You ready?" he snap chatted me
I sent him a picture with this emojis "😄🤘🏽" to show that I was excited
A few minutes later I walked down to his car and opened the passenger seat
What I saw next almost brought me to tears
"Awww babe you didn't have to do this"
"I owe you, I haven't giving you enough of my time and I'm sorry" he said politely
I leaned in and kissed him "I love you" I mumbled onto his lips
"I love you too baby"
He moved all of my gifts to the backseat then I slid in next to him.
After about 5 minutes of catching up we passed what I thought would be our destination , the roller skating rink.
"We aren't going skating anymore?"
"Change of plans"
"Where are we going to go?"
"It's a surprise"
"As long as you aren't taking me to the middle of nowhere, murdering me, and eating my remains then I'm good"
He laughed "I love you too much, besides the only thing I'll eat is your ....... cooking"
I laughed "you're so stupid" I pushed him playfully
"But you still love me and my half a brain"
"That's true"
"Here's our destination"
He pulled up to a nice hotel by the name of "four seasons"
"Are we staying here tonight ?"
"Yup"
"I didn't bring any clothes"
"Don't worry, I got everything you need upstairs "
"You're so sweet"
He kissed me "here"
He handed me a card and I proceeded to open it but he stopped me
"Open it when you get inside"
"Ok...are you not coming in?"
"Just follow the directions" he rolled his eyes playfully
"Fine, I'll be obedient" I stepped out of the car and watched him drive away "well, here goes nothing"
I opened the card and along with the hotel room key, sure enough there were directions
"Make your way to room 412, when you get there, an outfit will be laying on the bed ... put it on... from there, the next direction will be on the dresser "
I followed the directions and took the elevator to room 412, I stuck in the key and opened the door to my paradise
I immediately started to break down in tears
No one had ever done this for me before, no one ever cared this much.
I stripped my clothing and put on what Rodney chose for me,
It was beautiful, it fit all my curves perfectly, as if it were made specifically for me
I then went to the dresser and read the next card
"I hope you like the dress, I got it altered to fit you just right, remember when I took you bra shopping at Victoria's Secret? Well she gave me your measurements lol... but here's the next step. In about 5 minutes, there will be a knock at the door... open it"
That part was a little scary, could he somehow see what I was doing? how did he know if I was finished getting dressed? But sure enough, 5 minutes later there was a knock at my door and I answered it
"Hello" I smiled
"You look good, I'm here to do your makeup" my favorite makeup artist melly Sanchez said
"Oh my gosh... did Rodney send you"
"Yes ma'am, he practically begged me to come over here"
"I'm sorry I need a moment , come in"
Of course because I'm a crybaby I started tear up... but this time it was only for a few seconds
After about an hour of applying, beating, and perfecting, my makeup was finally done
"Thank you so much melly"
"You're welcome babe, good luck with your boyfriend, he's going to make a great husband one day"
My cheeks got hot "thanks "
She handed me the next card and exited the room
"I bet you look like a bad bitch right now 😍" I blushed "grab your purse and make your way to the front of the hotel, your ride will be waiting"
I started to get more and more excited , I quickly grabbed my purse and made sure to blow out all the candles before leaving.
When I walked downstairs I was confused as to what exactly I was looking for. There was nobody waiting for me or no one handing me a note, but then to my surprise, a car came looping around and the valet employee handed me the keys
"Here's your car"
"I'm sorry you must have mistaken me for someone else, this isn't my car"
He still handed me the keys and kept walking.
I sighed, might as well enjoy the "owning" an Audi for a moment.
I sat into the car and opened the mirror to check my face. A note that looked similar to the ones Rodney had left before fell from the little compartment
"Surprise, I know how much you've wanted something to call your own... especially after you've had to move into a room that was shared with 3 other girls. I was put into shock once again, but this time I was more worried than ever
What could he possibly be doing to afford all of this ?
And the only answer I could come up with was
