Legend of the Stars
Once upon a time, the sky was low and there were no stars. A pretty maiden, about to pound some rice, hung her pearl necklace, earrings, and jeweled comb in the sky. She pounded the rice and the pestle separately hit the sky. The sky, little by little moved up, higher and higher. When she noticed the sky, it was to high for her to reach. She saw her pearl necklace broken, and pearls scattered in the sky. Every night they shine, the pearls and earrings becomes stars and the comb became the moon.
