Chapter 1
I guess I should start off with telling about myself. Well my name is Kira I will be turning 18 soon in a week which is also the day of Christmas so I usually get tons of presents. I am a calm and lovable person which could also get me in a bad situation. I love to help people and animals when they get hurt which you will find out in my story.
I have long brown hair with brown eyes combined with a sexy body that all the guys want but they don’t get. Since I don’t date guys at all so I will stay single forever. Two years ago my older brother Ken left us so we haven’t heard or seen him since. He is 20 so he is two years older than me plus he was always there for me when I got into trouble until he left that is.
Okay enough about me let’s go on to where it all began which is when I met him.
It all started when I was walking home from work since I was tired from school plus work I decided to take a short cut which happens to be a alley. So here I am walking down a creepy alley with trash everywhere plus it smells disgusting as if someone went to the bathroom. There are also rats down here probably eating some food out of the trash. I was almost out of the alley when I heard a noise behind me. When I turn around I see some guys at the entrance looking in the alley either for someone or something.
I was about to turn around to start running away when someone grabs me. He wrapped one arm around my waist so I won’t get away while the other goes around my mouth to stop me from screaming. I can tell it is a guy since his arms are buff so he is strong. I tried to get out of his arm but he is stronger than me so my attempts were useless.
“I would stop struggling since you are just going to end up hurting yourself” he said while tightening his arms
I stop struggling so I won’t end up hurting myself since he is strong. Since I stop struggling he loosens his arms so they aren’t so tight. I can feel his abs so he must work out a lot. I wish I could see his face so I can know what he looks like but the alley is so dark and he has me in front of him. He starts backing up as the guys come closer to us. When they finally decided to leave he lets go of me finally.
After he lets go I turn around so I can see what he looks like. When I look at his face I can see that he has black hair with dark blue eyes. I slowly travel my eyes down to see that he is bleeding on his side. I can tell that he is also looking me over since his eyes are moving up and down. He finally looks back at my face with a thoughtful expression so I am guessing that he wants to ask me something.
“What’s your name sweetie” he said with his arms crossed
“My name is Kira, What is yours?” I said to him
“My name is Kade and you have a very beautiful name Kira” he said
“Thank you Kade” I said with my head down since I was blushing
I can see him uncross his arms then he puts his hand on my chin to tilt it up so I can look at him instead of hiding.
“Don’t hide Kira you are very beautiful when you blush” he said while still holding my chin
“Thanks Kade” I said while turning even redder
“Your welcome Kira, now what were you doing in the alley” he said while letting go of my chin
“I was heading home from work so I decided to take a short cut since I was so tired” I said
“Next time you decide to take a short cut don’t and just call a cab” he said with his arms crossed
“No I won’t, I can take care of myself unlike you” I said while glaring at him
“What do you mean? I can take care of myself” he said
“Well if you can so take care of yourself then how are you bleeding on your side” I said while pointing to his side with one eyebrow raised
“I was working so it’s known of your business” he said with both eyebrows raised
“Well you are bleeding so at least let me take you to my house so I can fix you up” I said with my arms crossed
“Aren’t your parents going to freak out when you bring a guy to your house” he said
“No they are always at work so I have the house to myself” I said while grabbing his arm to take him to my house
“What are you doing?” he said while planting his feet firmly on the ground
“I already explained it to you I am taking you to my house so I can fix you up” I said while trying to get him to move
“Since you aren’t going to give up I will go with you to your house so you can fix me up” he said while now walking with me
“I never give up when my mind is set on something” I said while smiling
“I can tell” he said while chuckling to himself
We have been walking for a while now and it has been silence since the alley. I can finally see my house which is two stories high with a big yard. My next door neighbor is my best friend Kelly who is more like my sister but I will tell you more about her later on. Mainly I live in the house by myself since my parents are usually always on vacation. I led Kade up to my front door then I took my keys out of my pocket so I can unlock the door. After I unlocked the door I brought Kade inside then I locked the door after him. I led him over to the living room so it would be easier for me to fix him up if he was sitting down.
“Can you sit down here on the couch while I go get the first aid kit” I said
“Sure, you have a nice house” he said
“Thanks, I will be back” I said while walking upstairs to my bathroom to get the first aid kit
When I came back down to the living room I see that he is seated on the couch now looking around the room.
“Just to let you know your welcome” he said
“It’s cool, you are going to need to take off your shirt for me” I said while getting everything ready
“Why do you want me to take off my shirt or do you just want to see my body?” he said while trying to not laugh
“No, I need you to take your shirt off so I can fix your wound” I said while rolling my eyes
Boys can be so stupid sometimes. That’s why I am only friends with guys and nothing else. I wonder how he got the wound in the first place.
“Okay, I will take it off if you insist” he said while pulling his shirt over his head
“Of course I insist” I said while looking at his wounds
I can tell by just looking at his wounds that he is going to need stiches for it. I can feel Kade staring at me while I was getting the disinfectant to apply to the wound. While I was applying it I can feel him wince every time it is applied to the wound. After I finished applying it I got my needle and thread out to close the wound up. I look up at Kade to see him watching me so I smile at him for encouragement. I start stitching him up so that the wound can heal. When I finished I tied it off then I used a wet cloth to clean up the dried blood.
“Okay you are all stitched up” I said while putting everything back into the first aid kit
“Sweet, thanks I appreciate you stitching me up” he said while putting his shirt back on
“You’re welcome and I love helping people plus animals when they are hurt” I said while standing up
“You should make it as a career” he said while standing up as well
“I will do that” I said while leading him to the door
When we get to the door I unlock it so that he can leave. I watch as he walks onto the porch.
“Well Kira thank you for stitching me up maybe we will see each other again” he said
“Maybe we will it was nice meeting you even under the situation” I said
I watched him leave my front yard. When he was out of sight I shut the door then I locked it. After I made sure that all the doors and windows are locked I went up stairs to get ready for bed. I went to put on my nightgown then I went and did the rest of my things in the bathroom. When I finished getting ready for bed I crawled under the covers to get to sleep since tomorrow is going to be a long day.
Well night everyone time to go to sleep so I will talk to you in the morning.
