The golden sunlight splashed onto Buckys face through the window blinds. He sat up slowly and looked around, confused on where he was, then it hit him. He turned to look at the sleeping blonde beside him and smiled happily.
Steve was here. Beside him. Oh god how he needed Steve there. Bucky leaned down and kissed his lovers forehead softly, only to watch him stir awake. Steve yawned that adorable kitten yawn he always did and looked up. "Something wrong?" He asked.
"No, everything is perfect." He smiled.
