It was soft kisses and delicate breaths. Doe-eyes lidded and dazed. Nimble hands tightening together. Their smiles slowly becoming bright.
Then, a whisper, and a giggle relishing in the wall's surrounding them.
"Good morning, beautiful."
The soft wind padded against the window of their hotel room, whirling behind glass, but the curtains were shut tight.
Shut tight.
Honey hue spoke in tongues, as his eyes fell heavy again, clearing his throat from the rasp of sleep, and getting a small kiss to his button nose.
"Sleepy still?" Joshua mumbled.
Tyler only nodded, rubbing his forehead against his boyfriend's chin, and feeling the safety of Joshua's strong arms wrapping themselves tightly around him.
Tightly.
"It's your birthday, you know?"
It was silent, the only sound was the soft breath against the warmth of Joshua's skin; he shivered.
"Happy birthday, sleepy pea."
The green hue pulled the blanket tightly over their shoulders, comfortable in the tiniest space between them, and kisses upon his little love's forehead.
Yellow.
Snow fell.
Chills upon small limbs.
Silence.
Deep breath's.
Joshua woke first, cautious eyes as they sped of their surroundings. It must've been some hours or maybe it could've been a few minutes, or more. The greenbhue sighed, peering at his little love in his arms, soft breath's still hitting his neck, and sending a chill up his spine.
His lips met Tyler's temple, and as slowly as he could, he pulled himself away from his angel. Sluggish movements across carpeted floor, and he smiled happily as the thermo came into view, switching the heat on without much hesitation. Peaking back to his boyfriend, he let out a tiny giggle, seeing Tyler sleep peacefully. It was then that realization hit once more, finding excitement in his bones, he scrambled quietly to one of their suitcases, one that Tyler never went through. He grinned, finding the small wrapped present, swiftly pulling into his arms as he closed the bag up.
The green hue peered upon the white sheets, angel huffing softly against his small hand, and Joshua could just awe in that moment, setting the present aside on the pillow. He quickly picked up Tyler's camera, snapping a photo of his sleeping beauty before setting the item back down on the side table.
"Wake up, birthday boy." His lavender voice mumbled out as he slid in beside him, hand finding it's way to rosy cheek, rubbing his thumb against soft skin.
Those doe-eyes couldn't have been more beautiful as they slivered from heavy sleep, lidded as the peaked up to his lover, and plump lips smiling in a form of heaven itself. Joshua was swooning, leaning down to kiss the skin between Tyler's eyebrows, and getting out a tired giggle from his little love.
"It's m'birthday."
"A day dedicated to you, daisy."
Tyler delicately rubbed the crumbs of sand from his eyes, and Joshua watched him carefully, an adoration of perspective.
"I got you something."
"You did?" The honey hue's voice was soft, raspy and low. Though, Joshua didn't mind the shivers upon his pale skin, welcoming as they came in waves. "You didn' have to, sunshine."
His calloused hand followed behind him, bringing the shiny paper into view, and a pink bow, vibrant in its glory. Tyler giggled, nimble fingers finding the smooth surface as Joshua set beside his little love, fixing himself back against the white pillow sheets.
Doe-eyes peaked at his lover once again, a delicate smile upon those cherry cheeks, making the older boy chuckle, and hands that couldn't resist to run through chocolate curls as Tyler teared at the intricate wrapping paper. Tape finding it's way as an hindrance, but thick nails cutting it away. Joshua helped with his freehand, opening the box for his little love to see, and when he did, he gasped.
Air so lightly.
Wild eyes flowing with happiness as those dainty finger tips felt the at the gold necklace, underneath pink cotton as it held up the jewel, engraved with the sweetest of words.

It was simple, but it had significant the size of the universe, and Tyler could feel his eyes well up.
"This is beautiful, sunshine."
"Here," Joshua breathed, sitting up a bit to unclasp the necklace from Tyler's hands, and wrap it around his little love's neck, hooking it in a comfortable spot. It didn't hang too far from the honey hue's collar bones, a beautiful shine from the silver jewel, and Joshua grinned at the sight. "It even looks more beautiful on you, daisy."
Their eyes met, a deep gaze between them, and Joshua's training on the long, damp eyelashes of his angel. His hand found safety on Tyler's rosy cheek, rubbing his thumb high upon the bone, and trailing down to his delicate jaw.
"You're always so breathtaking."
Tyler wasn't hesitant, plump lips finding his lovers and smiling between their shared kiss. Rubbing the skin of their lips together, only for the warmth to be a shock of adrenaline, Joshua couldn't help himself. Hand curling at the back of Tyler's neck, and pulling him forward, guiding him up from the sheets, so the honey hue could sit safely on his lap.
Warmth against pudgy hips.
Slow kisses, but full of adoration.
Finger tips running, a soft gasp, lace filled, and foreheads pressing together.
"I love you."

They already decided before traveling again that they'd buy a mini tree, and decorate it against the corner of their van. With excitement flowing through their bones, they found the perfect, petite one, and although it wasn't real, it did the job of being festive. The two blue hue's ran through the Target, eyes wild as they found decorations, and delicate lights to wrap around the plastic, makeshift tree.
Once they payed and got to the van, only stopping a few times because Joshua could not keep his hands to himself, getting giggles out of his little love. They quickly set up the small tree, putting it in a little stand before wrapping a red lining at the bottom. Hanging small balls, colors of red, silver, and gold. Even found a small star to cap it all off at the top of their small tree, after they wrapped those small lights around the branches.
With one last sigh, Joshua plugged the tree into the portable plug in outlet, grinning when it lit up the dark van. Tyler squealed happily, clapping his hands together and turning to his lover before tackling him down in a hug.
The lavender hue chuckled roughly, running a hand through his little love's hair, and smooching a wet kiss against his cheek.
"You happy, daisy?"
"More then happy, sunshine." Tyler mumbled against the warmth of Joshua sweater, and peaking up to him with his chin on his lover's chest. "Thank you."
"You don't need to thank me." And those gentle hands found home at Tyler's cherry cheek's, getting a small, plump smile. "I love you."
The honey hue scooted up, kissing his boyfriend softly before a shared, harmonized laugh fell through their lungs in waves, and grasping at their hearts so tightly.
"I love you too."
Before more kisses could ensue, Tyler slipped off his lovers chest, laying besides him instead. Their hands were entwined though, locked tightly as they stared at the ceiling of their van. Glow in the dark stars stuck to the roof, a happy memory of the two when they were sticking them on their, and giggle's of beautiful breath.
Joshua brought Tyler's hand close to his lips, kissing the pure, tan skin. A peak from the angel being himself, he looked entranced as those lips trailed lightly. His lover seemed so focus to kiss upon a human that meant more then life itself. Then, their gaze met, and Tyler found his cheeks heating up.
"Even with knowing each other for fifteen years, I can still make your cheeks heat up."
Tyler's gaze met the ceiling again, tingling light's of different colors danced around them, and the honey hue sighed. "You say the silliest things, Jishwa."
He could practically hear the grin from where he laid.
"You do the same for me, daisy."
Elysian.
"Make my cheeks heat up."
Then, Joshua was in his view, a hand supporting his head as he towered his little love. Tyler's cheeks flustered up more, and those delicate doe-eyes looked away out of embarrassment.
"Every day, you make my heart pound harder for you." He breathed. "You enthrall me, little love."
There was no hesitation.
Their lips met in a fury of heat, trembling hands finding the green curls of his lover, and a soft gasp as Joshua bit his bottom lip. Tyler's mind began to turn mushy, but Joshua guided him so safely. Their gaze met as they pulled away, a heavy breath between them, and Tyler stuttered at the beauty of his boyfriend.
"Please kiss my lips until their sore, and can't handle no more."
Joshua held his little love so delicate that night.
