*TWO WEEKS LATER*
Dean rolls his shoulders then fixes the bandage on his arm. He looks out over the town and sighs. He was gonna miss this place so much, he had so many memories here, but he knew they could not stay. He jumps when someone stops beside him. Cas smiles amused.
"Scare you?" Dean shoves him but cannot help but smile too. For a moment they just stand with each other, silent. Cas glances at Dean. "You guys could stay with us you know..." He says quietly. Dean nods.
"I know but....Cas it's just..too much. That school." Cas nods knowingly, he hadn't been in the gym since that day. Suddenly Cas wraps Dean in a hug, tears stream down his face.
"I don't want you to go Dean!" Dean squeezes Cas tight as he chokes back tears.
"I know...but we'll come visit." Cas pulls away and looks at him.
"Promise?" Dean nods.
"Promise." Sam and Gabriel walk out of the house laughing and carrying Sam's stuff. Dean smiles. "Ready? Bobby's expecting us tomorrow so we gotta get going." Sam nods. They hug their friends before climbing into the Impala. Dean glances in the mirror to see Cas standing there waving. "I'll come back to you Cas." He whispers to himself. "I promise."
