••Alex's POV••
"I've been here for three days, I still don't know why I can't leave yet." I whined to Jack.
"You whine too much." He teased, bopping my nose. I huffed and glared at him.
"Ok, look, it's just for safety measures, when your safe to leave then you will." He assured me.
"Fine, but I still don't understand why they won't let me see David." I frowned, a ball forming in my throat.
It's been five days since I gave birth to him and I haven't even seen him once. I know this is the first time having a baby but I know damn well that I have every right to see him. I don't find it fair, he's my only son and the only one I'll ever have. They can't do this to me, Jack and everyone has see him even James! Expect me, his mother. I want to hold him, hear his heartbeat and see those blue eyes Jack told me about, I want to see my son, is that so bad?
"I don't know princess." He frowned as he caressed my cheek.
"Alex?" Summer asked, walking in with Sammy behind her.
"Hey guys." I said with a fake smile
"I'll be back." Jack said, kissing my cheek before walking out of the room.
"How you feeling?" Sam asked
"I'm good, I just want to go home and take David with me." I sighed.
"Soon." Summer assured
"How is he?" I asked her, she smiled and walked towards me.
"He's perfect, he smiled today." She squealed, showing me the picture on her phone. I smiled and grabbed it from her. He's still so small, but he was actually smiling. God, I wish I could've been there for that.
"He's so cute." I smiled, wiping away a tear
"And he's your son, yours and Jack's." Summer smiled, I nodded.
"Ours." I chuckled
"You'll see him." She assured, I sighed and nodded.
"How are you guys?" I asked
"We're good." Summer blushed and looked over at Sam.
"I'll take that as you guys have wrestled each other?" I teased
"Something like that." Sam smirked at Summer.
"Shut up." She groaned, slapping him on the chest.
"Anyways, where's mom and James?" I giggled.
"They're in the cafeteria." Sam replied
"Let me guess, James got hungry?" I asked
"When isn't he?" Summer scoffed
"True." I giggled and nodded
"You guys are so mean." Sam chuckled
"Yeah? If we're so mean then why are you laughing?" I asked him.
"Because-shut up." He groaned
"Alex!" James yelled running over to me and smiling as he stuck his hands out for me to pull him up.
"Hi baby." I cooed as I picked him up and hugged him.
"Do you feel bad?" He frowned, I smiled and shook my head.
"Then why are you in a hospital?" He pouted
"I gave birth to David." I replied, rubbing my sort of flat stomach
"Really?!" He gasped and clapped his hands repeatedly
"Where is he now?" He asked in a serious voice as he cupped my face and looked me in the eyes.
"Uh, where the babies go?" I questioned, looking over to my mom
"In a baby room with other babies." She replied with a chuckle
"Yes, that." I nodded and looked back at James.
"Ohhhh, how many did you have?" He asked, tilting his head to the side in confusion.
"Only one." I replied to him
"DAVIIID!" He grinned, dragging out the "I"
"Yes, David." I giggled and nodded
"He's so small." He blurted out
"I've heard." I mumbled
"You haven't seen him?" He frowned, I sighed and shook my head.
"James, come here." My mom said picking him up
"Did I make Alex sad?" He sighed
"No, it's ok." I assured him.
"We should go, and you should get some rest, the nurse told me you woke up early and haven't gotten any sleep." My mom ordered.
"I'm just not tired mom." I mumbled with a shrug.
"You have to sleep Alex." Summer said sternly
"Last time I checked, I'm older than you." I huffed.
"You're not older than me." Sammy grinned teasingly.
"I hate you all." I muttered under my breath.
"Just get some rest." My mom warned as they all said their goodbyes. I sihjed and looked up to the white plain ceiling. Sheesh, what it hurt them to add a little bit of color?

"Babe?" Someone's voice dragged me out of my sleep. My eyes fluttered open to see Jack with a soft smile on his face. He looked down to a yawning baby, our baby. My heart instantly started beating faster than ever as he handed him over to me.
"This is David." Jack whispered
"You brought him to me?" I breathed out, looking up at him.
"I'd do anything for you, I thought I've made that clear." He replied, pressing a kiss on my forehead.
"Wow." I whispered, looking at David as he gripped onto my pinkie
"What?" Jack asked
"He is small." I giggled.
"Oh my god." He chuckled, shaking his head at me
"But, he can breath on his own now." He said to me, bringing a smile to my face as I kissed his chubby cheek.
"That's good news." I nodded
"Very good news, which means he can go home a little earlier than the doctors expected." He replied
"That's amazing." I smiled. Jack leaned into my ear, his hot breath sending chills through out my entire body.
"So can you." He whispered
"Really?" I grinned happily
"Yeah, you're going home princess, both of you." He said pecking my lips
"I want to kiss you so bad right now." I blushed, looking down at David who was looking back at me
"What's stopping you?" Jack asked. I bit my lip and looked up at him
"Nothing." I shook my head as I started leaning. He smiled and leaned in also, until our lips finally met. Even in this hospital bed, I'm the happiest I've ever been. I have the two boys I love the most, the guy who's not only my best friend but also my fiancé, and now, our son is with us. This is the best feeling ever, kissing the man I love and holding my son in my arms for the first time, and even if it hurts that I can't have anymore babies I'm thankful for him, for him to be alive and be with us, and I always will be.
"Eww." Someone said, we pulled away to see Madison and Gilinsky standing by the door.
"Shut up, it's cute." Madison said hitting Gilinsky softly in his stomach
"No, they're both my best friends." He scoffed, Jack rolled his eyes as I shook my head and played with David
"Is that him?" Madison grinned as she walked over to us.
"Yes, this is David-"
"Johnson, David Johnson." Jack said, cutting me off.
"He's so cute!" She squealed
"Oh and he got Jack's eyes." She cooed, pinching his cheeks softly making David burst out in tears
"He doesn't like you." Gilinsky chuckled, she turned around and glared at him.
"Don't cry." I cooed at David, he stopped crying and stared at me for a while before smiling a little.
"It took us five days to make him smile and you did it in five minutes." Jack chuckled
"What can I say? Boys love me." I winked at him
"Trust me, I know." He muttered, looking at me with lovey dovey eyes
"Ow." I pouted, looking down at David who had his hands stuck on my hair
"Oh shit." Jack mumbled, grabbing his little hand and helping me
"Do you have a hair tie?" I asked Madison. She smiled and nodded before taking one off her wrist and handing it to me.
"You don't need it?" I asked as Jack grabbed David so I could put up my messy and tangled hair.
"Of course not." She assured. I smiled thankfully at her before putting my hair up in a bun.
"Give me." I said to Jack, sticking my hands out
"Girls." He scoffed at David, pressing a kiss on his cheek before handing him over to me.
"Hush." I warned him.
"He's my baby too yanno?" He asked, staring at us.
"Did you have him in your stomach for nine months?" I asked him, he opened his mouth but quickly shut it before shaking his head.
"That's what I thought." I smirked
"So, when's the wedding?" Gilinsky asked us. I looked at Jack to see him smiling.
"Preferably as soon as we can." He replied to Gilinsky.
"So like, two months?" He teased
"If Alex wants to? Then yeah." Jack nodded
"Whenever is fine with me." I smiled, kissing David's forehead as his eyes fluttered shut.
"Good afternoon Miss Castillo." The doctor said walking into the room with a clipboard in his hands
"Good afternoon." I muttered
"Well, I have good news, you and your son could leave today." He smiled
"Really? At what time?" I asked him
"Just as soon as your mom finishes signing you out." He assured me, I sighed and nodded.
"Have a nice day." He excused himself before walking out.
"We'll leave you to get changed." Madison said
"See you guys later." I smiled
"Congratulations." Gilinsky smiled at us before walking out with her.
"Aren't we lucky?" Jack smirked
"Why do you say that?" I asked, as I gently handed a sleeping David to him. Jack smiled at him before looking back at me
"We can have sex now." He teased
"No way." I shook my head at him
"Why not?" He pouted
"I just had a baby." I groaned
"Make out?" He questioned, squinting his eyes a little.
"If you behave, then we'll see." I smirked at him.
"You're cruel woman." He muttered
"You love me though." I winked
"Time to go." My mom clapped as she walked she walked in with a nude dress in her hand.
"I didn't have time to bring you your clothes so I bought this." She explained as she saw me staring at. I nodded as she placed it on my lap
"You brought him to her." She smiled at Jack who held David.
"It's the least I could do." He replied with a shrug
"Well, I'll let you change." My mom said kissing my cheek before kissing David's and walking out
"Can you help me?" I asked shyly to Jack, he smiled as he held David in one arm and helped me with the other one. I intertwined my hand with his as I stood up
"Thank you." I smiled, kissing his cheek. He blushed and nodded.
"Do I have to turn around?" He asked
"No, I have a bra and underwear." I replied as I took off the horrible hospital gown.
"Fuck." He mumbled, his eyes roaming my body.
"Eyes on your son." I warned as I slipped on the nude dress.
"That's unfair." He huffed, but still obeyed
"Wait but you already put the dress on." He groaned, looking back at me
"I know." I giggled
"Come here." He mumbled, walking over to me and cupping my face before kissing me softly.
"Jack." I murmured against his lips as I rested my hands on his chest.
"Yeah?" He whispered
"I really don't want to be here anymore." I frowned at him.
"Of course." He nodded, handing David over to me
"I'll be back ok?" He assured, I nodded as he walked out of the room.
"We're finally going home baby." I cooed at David. Five minutes passed and Jack still wasn't back yet so I walked out of the room.
"Sorry." Jack breathed out as he wrapped his hoodie around me
"It's cold." He smiled cutely, covering David with a blanket we had bought a couple months ago.
"I don't think I say this enough, but I love you." I smiled, pecking his lips
"You do, more than enough. And I love you too." He smiled
"Now, let's finally go home, the other are waiting at home." He said, wrapping his arms around my waist as he walked me out of the hospital. We're finally going home, and with a new member.

It's getting colder everyday and I don't like it😠 but anywaysss I updated! Baby David is finally with Alex and they're going home. I've been thinking of many ways to end this book and I'm like freaking out cause there's only a couple more chapters left 😤
