Anthony POV
"Why the hell are you holding me back?" I hrunt trying to break from Oak's grasp. "Someone, go calm Jasmine down. I'll deal with Anthony." He says as an asnwer.
"Let me go." I grunt, almost elbowing him. Oak doesn't respond. Lin tried to talk sense into everyone, but they just cut the poor guy off.
Daveed runs off to find Jasmine, and I ask once again, "Why are you holding me back?"
"Because, you and Jasmine went behind our backs. I won't have that." Renee mutters.
"You won't have it?! My God! We have our personal lives and maybe we didn't fu**ing want to be public!" I roar.
People take a few steps back i shock. "Whoa." Lin says.
"Yeah whoa! I love Jasmine and I will do anything to proctect her! You all need to get that through your heads!" I burst.
People look scared for their lives. Which they should. I would tear down this place brick by brick just for Jasmine.
Jasmine POV
I wrap my arms aeound myself. I threw my coat on as I run out into the cold December night. "Jazzy!" Daveed calls after me.
I only sob more. Snow falls into my hair. "Jasmine!" Daveed calls after me one more time.
I turn around. "What?!" I say through my tears. "Come back." He pleads.
"No! I can't!" I sob, even more than I already am. Why can't they just be happy for us?!
"Jasmine, c'mon!" Daveed yells. I don't listen. I just run to my apartment.
I slam my door shut behind me and slide down it, sobbing. I can't beleive that just happened. And I can't beleive the way the reacted. Well, if they're gonna play the disappointed game,
game on.
