A simple word ,that holds so much inside,
unlike other emotions,it has no upside.
It's the strongest emotion that one can feel.
You do anything in greed of getting heal.
It can turn you away from about anything.
It's capable of making you do unexpected things.
Things that you would never consider doing,
crying,yelling and blaming.
It hurts more when we blame ourselves.
It fills our heart,all the corners and selves.
It's plain pain and only pain.
It feels like a thousand years without rain.
Sometimes nature of it is hard to explain.
You just hope for all of it to drain.
It becomes unbearable when you are alone.
You try everything to atone.
Trying to decide,which type of pain is worse,
is like,searching numbers in poor man's purse.
Raging pain is when you are unable to deal with things,
slow and steady ache expanding it's wings.
Pinching pain which emotional hurt brings,
hurts more than what one thinks.
Stinging pain burning right in one's chest
because of people you love the best.
Stabbing pain comes when you start to relax.
It's like suffocating you and hitting with axe.
Wanting the pain to reach climax
and never ever want it to relapse.
Haunting pain when you feel weak,
as you fall from altitude of one's belief or from a peak.
Blaming and pouring all the pain on others to flow.
The self inflicting pain returns with another blow.
Sometimes pain can be sweet like berries,
maybe from sweet tooth or happy memories.
The mental pain is hardest to deal.
Atleast physical pain has a way to heal...
What ever maybe the cause of pain,
deal with it,walk with it but never refrain.
