YES!!
It's officially summer, which means long days hot nights and Netflix!. Aka my boyfriend.
Yes me and Netflix have been together for about.. two years...it's kinda serious.
"Morgen! " I yelled running to great my best friend.
"Lexi!" She screamed running to me.
"Lexi! I haven't seen you for like an hour!" She said dramatically.
"I know right!" I gasped. We both fell on the ground laughing our ass's off, ignoring the weird looks we got from people.
"You know lex..I'm really gonna miss you during the summer" she said seriously.
Sadly Morgan spends most of her summer on holiday. While I spend my time with.. Netflix.
"I know, I wish your mum would just let you stay here" I said sadly.
"Or let you come with me" she mumbled.
Yes life is very unfair. But I do not let the fact my best friend leaving me. Get me down.

Anyway despite morgen leaving, I am totally looking forward to sleeping in, swimming jogging. Everything I can't do in the winter.
And my mum, I don't see her much so seeing her a little more often will be nice.
And... yeah I got nothing else that's good about summer.
I mean, it's not like I can make plans
Like I see other girls doing because unlike me. They have boyfriends, and best friends who don't have to leave the country every summer. And lives.
But then again I have a life too... just kidding I'm just trying to tell myself that. Trying to make myself believe I'm not actually a sad and lonely person.
As you can as it's not working.
But it's fine, I'll just let my "boyfriend " fill that gap, yeah you know what I mean, we're gonna have a late night in together. Never leave the bedroom.

" I just don't think so" I said slamming the door.
"No Wait! Just l-
"I'm done listening, I've gotta go. Okay?"
"Fine, why do you gotta leave so early anyway?" She asked

She's asked me that all day, and it's the same answer every time.
"For the sixth time. Because I promised my mum I'd be home early" I said
"Oh yeah!..oops i guess forgot " she laughed.
Hmm maybe sometime I'll forget to listen, to one of your boring stories.. or would that be mean?.. nah.
"Mhm okay" I said sarcastically.
"Don't you mhm Me!"
" it's not my fault I have the memory of a fish"
"Oh yeah? I'll mhm you whenever I please"
"Bitch" she mumbled.
"Bird " I said
"What? That makes absolutely no sense " she laughed
"Well I thought we were naming things to see, that start with B" I said
"Bird? You think I'm a bird?"
"Well think, and know are two very different things.."
"Well! Well.. if I'm a bird then... your a fish!"
"A fish?..."
"Yeah!"
"Whatever, see you later" I said laughing while hugging her.

I sang softly, walking up the driveway.
"Mum must have gotten her car washed " I said, even though no one was listening.
Like am I the only one who does that?.

I grabbed the mail,carefully walking past mums car which was parked next to a black bus..
Wait a second...Bus?
"What the hell?" I mumbled.
I stood there staring at it for a second.
Thinking maybe It'd go away?
I was wrong. Unfortunately curiosity got the better of me.making me go investigate.
Yeah I said investigate.
mhm, I've seen episode of C.S.I N.C.I.S law and order.
I could kill you in millions of different ways and pin it on someone else.
But don't worry I won't... or will I?

So with my "knowledge " on mystery solving and crime seen investigations.I'm gonna go play detective.
Actually no wait.. lots of the characters in those shows die.
So does that mean? If I walk into this bus.. I'm gonna die too?
What if there's a crazy murder guy in there
Do I want to find that out? Should I just go into my house? And call the police?
What if the crazy murder guy is in my house?
What if the crazy murder guy is watching me?
What if that crazy murder guy, hacks into my Netflix!
What if... there is no crazy murder guy! And I'm just being crazy!
Nope, it's definitely one of the first ones.
"It's fine Lexi, I'm sure it's just someone looking for directions " I mumbled.
I finally got up the courage to take a step closer to the "mysterious " bus.
I quickly tapped on the door before screaming and hiding behind my mums car.
I watched the door open slowly and a head pop out. Though I couldn't make out who it was.
Oaky Lexi, breath. You need to defend your home.
I huffed and jumped out from behind the bush.
"Whoever you are!,"I yelled
"I've got a newspaper! And I'm not afraid to use it!" Ugh I should have said gun or something!
"And uh.. it'll give you a really bad paper cut!" ... okay not helping.
"Sho-
I tried to scream the second I felt hands around my waist, but a hand was placed over my mouth.
This wasn't the way I wanted to start off the summer.
