Chapter 16

Meryl wakes up and walks downstairs. She ties her robe as she walks downstairs. She yawns starting to make pancakes. She walks over and turns the tv on and puts it on the news channel. Shes humming and swaying her hips. Her attention is grabbed by the words Jessie Lange and Dan Huston.
Last night actor Danny Huston and Jessie Lange went missing the last place they were seen was at a bar somewhere in Italy there's been a reward set out for whoever finds these lovebirds We are thinking that Alonzo Petrillo had something to do with it as he was an uber scheduled to pick them up on that evening. We'll tell you more as we find out. If anyone sees them call the number below.
Meryl stops dead in her tracks and runs to the phone and calls Danny's parents.
"Hello?"
"Hi it's Meryl. Is it true that Jess and Danny are missing?"
"Yes." His mother sobs.
"Okay I'm making an emergency flight out there okay?"
"Okay see you when you get here be safe." His mother sniffles.
"I will."
She hangs up the phone and runs upstairs. She starts grabbing random stuff and slinging it in bags.
Don walks upstairs because of all of the noise.
"What are you doing?"
"Me and Julie are going to Italy."
"I'm going too."
"Get your shit and lets go." He hurriedly packs his stuff while Meryl practically grabs all of Julie's and Landyns stuff.She grabs Landyn and takes him to the car and buckles him up as Don does the same with Julie.
When they get there Meryl makes an emergency flight.

They unboard from the plane and Meryl rents a car. They pull out in the car and rush to Danny's parents house. They get there and walk in. Zoe(dannys mom) is sitting and soothing Baylin. While Danny's father is doing the same with Bryce.
"How long has it been since they've been fed?"
"Since about 12am."
"Holy shit it's 8."
"Yeah I know."
Meryl smiles and holds up two milk jugs that have Jess's name on them.
Zoe sighs and Meryl walks into the kitchen and makes the babies' bottles.
After they start feeding them Meryl starts.
"How long have they been gone?"
"Since 12am"
"Where did they go?"
"Danny told me to listen for the babies. He and Jess were going a few blocks away."
"I guarantee that the uber did show up."
"I think that's who took them hostage."
"Me too."
