I hung out with my old friend Yoongi
I accidentally bumped into him
At a store while Christmas shopping.
He was buying a gift for his boyfriend
Jungkook.
We ended up catching up at my place
Over wine, and ice cream
After a few glasses
And tubs of
Mint chocolate chip ice cream
He cried, and told me about his depression
And how Jungkook was a blessing.
I felt a pang in my heart
When he told me about his suicidal thoughts
And how he almost took his life.
Why
Did bad things happen
To good people?
My decision
Well it didn't matter
Either way.
I'm not a good person.
Gosh, why do I sound
So depressing?
I'll just hang in there
And maybe my blessing
Will show up, like it did for Suga
