~A week later~
"Are you ready to start school tomorrow?" My dad asks, "No." Eric says "Not in a million years." Ansley says texting on her phone. "Why do you bother asking?" I ask, "Because I'm your dad. It's my job as a father." He says,
"You need to put that phone down and do something for once!" My mom says to Ansley.
"No thank you." Ansley says going to her room. I go to the kitchen and get some apple sauce an go to my room to read a good book. Because...who doesn't like to read?
~the next day~
"ASH 20 MINUTES UNTIL SCHOOL!" I wake up to my mom yelling at me. I must have fell asleep reading last night. Anyways I should get dressed what should I wear?
"Nope."
"Ew."
"Why do I even have this?"
"No."
"Gross."
"Yes! Perfect!"

When I was done getting ready I walk to the kitchen where my mom and Ansley were. "Where's dad?" I ask confused, "He went to work early." Ansley says,
"ASH IM LEAVING!" Eric yells, I grab an apple running outside. Once we got to school I got out of the car and bite my apple. "Ash. Put the apple down."
"Why? I'm hungry." I ask,
"Whatever." Eric says rolling his eyes. We walk in to the school. I throw my apple in the trash can and we go to the office there was 4 boys in chairs and a lady behind a desk on the computer.
"Hi," I say to the lady behind the desk but she don't say anything. "Hello?" Eric says then looks at me.
"HELLO!!!??" I yell but Eric says something before I can do anything else.
"Hey! Wakeup and do your job lady!" Eric yells, everyone looks at us questionably even though it's none of there freaking business.
"Sure." She says, I look at Eric and I slam my hand on the desk, she jumps.
"Schedules please." I say with a sweet smile. She gives us the papers and we walk out.
"Well that was fun." Eric says, "You can say that again...she's very rude." I say,
"Whatever you say." Eric says laughing, we walk to are lockers and on the way there all the girls were looking at my brother it was GROSS!
"I got to go to my class now, bye." I say to Eric walking off. Once I got there the teacher looks at me.
"Hi who are you?" She asks, "I'm Ashley Lopes, I'm new here." I say, "Oh I'm your homeroom teacher Mrs. Linsey you can sit next to Emily and Alisha." The teacher says, I sit down next to the two girls.
"Hi I'm Alisha." One of the girls say,

"You know who I am." I say, "Yeah. So where did you move from?" Emily asks, "Tennessee." I answer her, "Fun. I've been there before." Alisha says, "Oh that's cool" I say,
After that I listen to the teacher for 10 minutes. Which is surprising because I never listen to teachers. They're all boring. The door opens to show it was the guys I seen in the office.
"Ugh....Leo, Todd, Elijah, Liam what did you do?" The teacher asks, "Hi Linsey and that's classified." I'm guessing Liam said that?
"Liam." Emily says, yep I was right wait...she can read my mind. "No your saying everything out loud" Emily says, we all laugh.
"Ashely, Emily, Alisha, What's so funny?" Linsey asks getting a little...mad. "Umm..." Emily says, "Detention." Linsey says,
"NO!" I yell, everyone looks at me. "I CANT GET A DETENTION!" I yell again,
"Look, I'll be nice and not give you a detention. But what where you laughing about?" She asks but gets cut of by the door opening.
"Yes?" Linsey asks the other teacher that came in. The teacher whispers something is Linsey's ear.
"Class you may talk I have to go I'll be back in a little while." She says I set down and close my eyes.
"So you don't have a car?" I open my eyes, "Who are you?" I ask him,
"I'm Josh." A boy says in front of me, "K." I say, the boys from this morning come up to us. "Hi there." One of them says flirty,
"Who are you?" I ask, "I'm Liam the one that just flirted with you is Leo than that's Todd and that Elijah." One boy says,
"Cool and what do y'all need?" I ask them but the bell rung and I got my stuff and walk out.
~at lunch~
Once I got my lunch I couldn't find a table to sit at. I'm guessing there's tables for each little group of people...
"ASH!" I turn around to see my brother, he hugs me. "What's new? You never hug me it's gross...remember when you where 2 and I was 1 and you tried hugging me but I pushed you and you fell in the pool....good memories." I say,
"Shut up." He says, "Nope." I say sitting at a table with nobody. Eric sits next to me. "So what's up?" I ask,
"Well I met a girl-" Eric starts but I cut him off. "Really you met a girl? Why do you want to be in a relationship again? You just got out of one. There's no point in dating." I say,
"Why you say that?" He asks, "Because it always ends up with someone crying and sorry to break it for ya but Love. Is. Not. Real." I say slowly,
"You just haven't found the one." He says, "And I never will." I say, Liam and his little friends comes and sits with us. They smile at me but glare at Eric.
"Who are they?" Eric asks, "Who's he?" Liam asks still glaring at Eric. "What do y'all need?" I ask the little crew. "Just came to say hi." Leo says, "Well you did...so bye. You can go now." Eric says,
"ERIC!" I yell, "Who's he?" Liam asks pointing to my brother, "My brother." I say, Liam immediately stops glaring.
"Oh." He says, "Yeah." I say as Emily and Alisha come up to our table and takes a seat. "Heyyyy." Emily says,
"Hi." I say while Eric's phone beeps. "Ash. Me and you are picking up Ansley after school." Eric says,
"Why?" I ask, "Mom and dad will be at work." He says, "Who's Ansley?" Todd asks,
"She's our little sister." Eric says, "Also known as the devil." I say,
"So...bye" I say as I get up an go to my next class.
