TW: Mentions of Blood
--A few minutes earlier--

"-these handcuffs are studded with spikes," my mum was explaining. "The more you struggle, the more it will cut into you."
"Alright, ready?" She glared at me.
I only nodded.
She cuffed me to the board, and walked into the kitchen. Returning, she held three knives in each hand. I knew what was going to happen. She started throwing them, five of them sticking to the board that was right next to me. One, unluckily, hit my leg, and started gushing dark liquid. I realised, now I can feel my legs. I can walk. I can run. But that was all cut short because as soon as the knife hit me, I screamed.
She smirked. But it was then when sirens sounded in the distance.
"Well, look's like my time is up."
Those were the last words before she disappeared into the shadows.
Dan, Louise, Chris, and PJ burst into the room before I collapsed.
