The next morning, there was another announcement on the news. 20 other people have been infected and dead from the disease.
Thankfully, Elliot made it out alive, and did not catch the plague.
There were more and more amounts of infected each day.
You were up before anyone else and you were making breakfast, you decided to make some eggs, bacon and pancakes for everyone, because why not?
Shawn came trudging down the stairs when you started mixing the pancake mix.
"Hey" Shawn said, sleepily.
"Oh , hey, Shawn" you replied, focused on breakfast.
"Making breakfast?" Shawn answered
"Yup."
Layla came running down the stairs shrieking "I'M HUNGRY TOO!"
Before she could run into the kitchen, the doorbell rang.
"Who is it, Shawn?" you said.
"Not sure, let me see."
Shawn looked through the door peephole and saw a man, covered on blood, his skin was a tinge of green, and he couldn't talk at all.
Shawn backed up. "Holy.."
"What?" You answered, still focused on breakfast.
"THERE'S AN INFECTED AT OUR DOOR" Shawn shrieked.
"..." you were speechless, and went over to the door to see.
"..Oh my god.."
Elliot came down the stairs a few minutes later, and the infected was still standing there, like it knew you lived here. Just patiently waiting to murder you.
"What's all this noise" she said, rubbing her eyes.
"T-theres an infected.." you and Shawn answered.
"Infected?" Elliot asked, confused.
"..At our.. door.." you said, terrified.
"..." Elliot was speechless, aswell.
Okay, I'm sorry if I don't upload for a few days, my WiFi sucks. I'm at my cousins right now so I uploaded all night. Sorry.. I'll upload at least every Friday-Saturday- and Sunday.
