Hello, I am back. I have been quite busy nowadays due to exams. But I missed writing in Wattpad so I came back.
I have chosen my course in X Polytechnic. It's a Culinary course. Surprising right? From the previous chapter, you can see that I have not once talked about culinary. Furthermore, I have never really have a genuine interest in Culinary because I hardly cooks or bakes. But because of my results, I have chosen culinary course.
Currently into 5 months of studying at the Polytechnic, I have quite a lot of fun and make a lot of new friends. Oh yeah I forget to mention, Year 1 is learning about business aspects. Year 2 will then be all about Culinary. So that's why I am having a lot of fun right now because I have not enter the kitchen yet. I realise that I have quite a flair for business aspects related topics. Maybe I am meant to be a business woman? Haha I don't know.
So I have culinary course, what will my future path be? I still have not thought about it because I am living in the moment right now, in the honeymoon period. (analogy to having too much fun in year 1😂)
But my lecturer have gone through possible future paths with my class. The possible future paths are chef (duh, this is obvious), connoisseur (this sounds cool, all you have to do is taste the food :p), food journalist (hey maybe I should consider this, since I like to write, but about food? Im not really sure), barista (no thoughts on this), sommelier (wine tasting? hmm, it seems appealing to me), pâtissier (French pastry chef? I think) and restaurant/cafe/bar owner (being a owner of something, it's really something I would consider)
What do you think I will choose? Continue to read on the last chapter to see what I choose in the end. FYI, the next chapter wont be the last chapter 😉.
