How he proposes
Damon- Damon doesn't seem like the sensitive type and he isn't, that is, in front of people other than you. Damon had started getting more secretive about things and was gone more than usual but you made nothing of it. It wasn't strange for him to act like this, it was Mystic Falls for heaven's sake but the one night he said he needed to 'do something' he later on texted you,
Put on something sexy and meet me at the grill ;)
You were excited, he hadn't taken you out on a date for a long time.

You stepped out of the vehicle, your black heels against the concrete made a clicking sound as you walked to the entrance of the grill. You fixed your tight black dress and walked through the doors of the grill. Your jaw dropped when you saw white christmas lights strung up around the grill being the only source of light other than the candles at the table where your handsome boyfriend, Damon, sat at. As soon as he saw you his eye's widened and he got up and walked over to you. He planted a sweet kiss on your lips and smiled, a SMILE not a smirk, and took your hand to lead you to the table. He was such a gentleman and a sexy one at that, with his suit and tie. You were speechless. You were constantly looking around the grill, not even paying attention to your boyfriend until you saw all that could be seen. You looked directly into his eyes and smiled,
"This is beautiful, all this is for me?"
You were almost shocked that this wasn't Stefan's idea, unless it was.
"Sure is, sexy."
Soon after that comment was that seductive smirk you've always loved. Damon looked down at the table and so did you, noticing the small card on the table. You hesitated to grab it and looked to Damon for an 'Ok' and he nodded. You grabbed the card and it read,
"Will you marry me?"
And when you looked up, Damon was on one knee with the engagement ring. You jumped on him and wrapped your arms around him saying,
"Yes!"
Over and over.
Stefan- You weren't at home all day since the previous day because you had stayed over at the boarding house last night. It was almost 6pm and you were done your shift at the grill so it was home time for you. When you got home, you could smell something coming out of your kitchen. You walked in cautiously but was relieved when you saw your boyfriend, Stefan, standing at the stove mixing something. Stefan turned around and smiled,
"Hey babe."
You shook your head and walked up behind him and wrapped your arms around his waist while, barely, peeking over his shoulder and kissing it.

Dinner was delicious and you had moved over to the couch where you were snuggling and watching The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air on Netflix. Stefan started nibbling on your ear and it tickled so you started to swat him away but he just grabbed your hand, then slipped an engagement ring on finger. You looked to him and he said,
"I know you're supposed to put the ring on after you propose but I was confident that you would say yes, so, will you marry me?"
You pretended like you were pondering and sarcastically said,
"No."
So Stefan shrugged and started to take off your ring but you quickly kissed him and said,
"Yes you dweeb."
And you wrapped your arms around his neck and hugged him.
Tyler- Tyler was always gone, always searching for Klaus and it made you lonely. Tyler had been gone for about a month and hadn't talked to you in a while until he texted you today.
Knock, knock ;)
This was the first text you've gotten in 3 weeks and you were ecstatic, even if it was just a joke,

Me
You realized what he meant and you shot up and ran to the door, opening it, you saw Tyler on one knee with an engagement ring in his hand,
"Will you marry me?"
You stood there in shock and all you could do was nod your head rapidly. He got up, slipped the ring on your finger and gave you a long hug and a passionate kiss.
Matt- You and Matt both worked at the grill together and it was kind of cute some days. You both would pass each other more than once during the day so you just started giving each other kisses on the cheek when you crossed paths. Today it was like Matt was avoiding you. You hadn't gotten a single kiss from him, hell, you barely even saw him. Then he was there, walking towards you with a tray in hand which someone accidentally knocked out of his hand. He went to the floor on one knee and when you reached him, you were about to get down and help him with the mess but he opened a black box and said four words,
"Will you marry me?"
Of course you said yes :)
Jeremy- Jeremy is sort of a gamer and so when you got home from grocery shopping, he was on the couch playing one of his games so you decided to join him. You sat beside him and grabbed the controller and joined.
"If you win, I'll surprise you and if I win, you surprise me."
You looked to him and smirked,
"Game on."
Usually Jeremy was the one to win but in this case he was failing miserably. When the game was over, you were the champ so Jeremy said,
"Close your eyes and count to 3, then open them."
You rolled your eyes but did as told and on three you opened them to find Jer on one knee with a ring in a box,
"Will you marry me?"
You kissed him,
"Is that a yes or...?"
You laughed and nodded your head.
Elijah- Elijah was listening to music and reading and the song playing was 'Wanted' by Hunter Hayes but it was on repeat cause Elijah likes it. You walked in and sat next to him on the loveseat. Elijah put an arm around your waist and continued reading. You started nibbling on his ear to make him pay attention. It worked because Elijah put his book down and kissed you passionately and before you knew it, there was a ring on your finger. You froze in shock and looked down at the beautiful ring on your finger. Elijah looked at you with love and spoke,
"I can't wait to spend forever with you so I wanted to make it official. Will you marry me?"
You smiled and pecked him on the lips,
"Yes."
Klaus- It was your birthday and you hadn't seen Klaus all day which made you worry that he forgot about your birthday. You were thinking of the worst case scenario but as time went by it seemed that the worst case scenario was coming true until you heard a knock on the door. You sprinted to the door and opened it to see Klaus standing out in the rain,
"Klaus, come in."
He smiles and steps in, Klaus took his coat off and put a hand through his hair to get most of the water out. You were sitting on the couch waiting for Klaus to come in as well and when he did appear around the corner, you saw a small box wrapped in silver wrapping paper. You smiled immediately seeing how thoughtful he was to get you a present,
"This is for you love, so open it up."
He handed you the box and as you were opening it, you could feel Klaus' stare on you. You came to a small black box which you opened and found a ring but not just any ring, an engagement ring. You look up at him and cover your mouth with your right hand while you hold the box in your left,
"Will you marry me?"
Of course you jumped and attacked Klaus with hugs and kisses as you repeated 'yes' over and over.
Kai- Kai didn't have anything flashy or over emotional but to you it was all that. You and him were sitting and watching TV when Kai looked over to you and started talking,
"Y/N, I don't know much about some things but I'm certain about us so will you marry me?"
You were so shocked and happy and he caught you completely off guard but it was cute,
"I love you so much Kai, yes I will marry you."
You kissed him and he slipped the ring on your finger and for the rest of the night, you two were entwined and couldn't be separated.
Kol- You and Kol were laying in bed together just about to go to sleep but Kol was rustling around so you of course turned to face him. When you did, you saw that Kol was holding a ring in his hand sitting upright. You jumped into a sitting position and just waited for what he was about to say,
"Darling, will you marry me?"
You nodded and burst into a smile. He slipped the ring on your finger and kissed you. You loved the thought of being with him forever.
Enzo- You and Enzo were both sitting at the bar, drinking, when Enzo just turned to face you and said,
"Will you marry me?"
It caught you off guard but you smiled and said yes
