Dear Rebecca,
I will be sure to pray for Eliza. That must not be easy for you and it sure isn't easy for her. Losing a loved one is one of the hardest things you can do. I trust that you have been taking good care of her. Just remember to take care of yourself and Daniel as well.
Europe is completely war torn. I've seen torn up buildings, bloodied streets and am always smelling gunpowder. I have been able to handle the sights a lot better than I did when I first entered the war, but it doesn't make it any less horrid. I'm ready for this war to be over. I think we all are. I need to do my job, though. These people need me, Becky.
