It with a heavy heart that I inform you of the death of your fiancé, Sergeant James Barnes and your good friend Captain Steve Rogers.
James Barnes fell from a train in the German Alps, and Steve Rogers' aircraft crashed into the Arctic. Both died within days of the other. But without them, the war would not be turned in the direction it was in before.
Once again, I am terribly sorry for the losses in your family. Myself, the Howling Commandos, and the SSR send our deepest condolences to you.
