I didn't know Phil's mother was so bad. I sighed as I tried to think about things to ask him. "Do you need more sleep?" I asked, looking at his tired eyes.

He shook his head. "I don't feel tired at all," he muttered.

As I was walking out, Phil called out, "Wait- Dan,"

"Yeah?" I asked, furrowing my eyebrows.

"I... I can't feel my legs."

"WHAT?" I asked, surprised. No way...

"I'm going to ring up Louise and the rest," I said, walking out of the door.
