How was I supposed to dress when all they gave me was some pictures? How am I supposed to act? What happens if something goes wrong? My mind buzzed with questions. What if people see my wrist?

With that thought, I pulled my wrist away from Dan's hand, and looked at it. Still pitch black. I sighed, leaning against the wall. Dan turned around, and leaned on the wall across from me. "What's wrong?" He asked, wondering why I just suddenly pulled away from him.

"My... my wrist. What happens if people see it?"

"No one will see it if you cover it well enough," Dan chided, trying to comfort me. "If you need help, I'll help you."

I smiled for the first time in weeks, and Dan was quite taken aback. He looked at me with pink-dusted cheeks. "You look pretty when you smile."
