Slow Simmer

Got something simmering beneath your skin? Feel that slow crawl?  Feel the agitation? Feel the heat? Feel your anger as it slithers up your spine out your mouth and hands, pounding out into the nearest obstacle. Feel it kill your thoughts? Feel it drain you out? Got it? Understood what it does? Then let it go. Release. Watch it evapourate. Watch it dissipate and take a cool calm breath .
