Sorry for not updating.
Yesterday, my mom took me to the mall.
I got a mani-pedi and my makeup done.
My makeup took 1 hour and 15 minutes...

This book will be over before my school starts on August 10th, so at least yo won't have to wait.

Hermione's POV:
*two days later*
Today, Draco and I can go home.
I could have gone home two days ago, but I promised Draco that I would stay with him until he can leave too.
My wounds have healed almost completely.
All that's left is the slight limp and a few small cuts.
I wish I could've just fixed everything with a healing spell and didn't have to spend time in this hellhole of a hospital, but I didn't.
I wish that Neville could have held on to his life just long enough to tell all of us goodbye.
But things like that I know I couldn't have changed.
I didn't realize how much I depended on other people to stay here, on this earth.
Alive and well, untouched by the invisible death constantly looming over their heads.
However, eventually, the death above them slowly becomes more visible, until like a storm cloud, it pours down its rain.
I thought that they had a choice.
That they could chose to stay, to stay for the others that they love.
To stay for everyone around them, for me.
That is literally the most sentimental thing I have ever written...
Now I am unreasonably sad after writing it...
I knew that I would experience losses much larger than this one.
I felt selfish that I wished Neville hadn't died, because I knew others would be far more devastated than I am.
I realized that I had taken everyone for granted.
Harry, my parents, Luna, Neville, Ginny, all of my friends.
And Draco.
I was laying down in my hospital bed, but I bolted up to a sitting position.
I stood up, now free from the IV, and started down the hall to Draco's room.
I entered quietly, in case he was asleep.
He was awake.
I went over to his bed and sat down on the edge.
"What's wrong?" He asked, immediately sensing my sorrow.
"I was thinking about Neville, and how horrible Luna must feel." I said.
Draco nodded.
"I just didn't want the same to happen to me. To lose you." I said.
He pulled me into a hug.
"I'll never leave you." He said.
"Never?" I whispered.
"Never."
So.
I'm still sad because of that sentimental passage...
*bawls in corner*
