Hah, finally. Since you guys have seen the title above, I thought that maybe I should combine two titles in one scenario. Anyway, this is what you guys have all been waiting for and sorry for the long wait! I had a busy schedule apparently so I hope you guys understand and I did my best on writing this one! As always, I really hope you guys enjoy reading this latest scenario since I put some effort into writing this one and happy reading! ^^)
PS: For the naming, it's already been decided too according to the majority of the comments in 'When You And Him Pick Baby Names' but you'll find out once you read this scenario.

Two or three months have already passed by so quickly and for some reason, it felt different. I mean, I did crave for more food as usual and the baby kept on kicking too which I find it odd.
It might be a sign which is my guess for the past week and I didn't ask Hanji about it yet. I get the feeling I might have a little surprise later one when the time passes.
Anyway, it's a weekend and Levi and I just came back from our date. It was fun and enjoyable as usual yet Levi was trying to hold me closer to him while slightly glaring at some men who were actually looking at me while both of us were browsing items at the market district.
Which however, made him jealous as usual.
But other than that, my day was still great and what could possibly go wrong?
We stepped inside the headquarters and we were greeted by cadets and higher-ups. They gave us salutes while one of my friends waved at me with a friendly smile although Levi is still trying his best to not let the male cadets get close to me for some reason and I find it funny and odd.
"Hah~ It feels great to be back and-Ow, I think I'm having another back pain, heichou", I said and started to feel a slight pain on my back.
Levi looked at me with a concern look on his face and guided me towards the bedroom with great support.
As we entered, both of us sat on the bed together in sync and Levi cracked his knuckles so he could give me a relaxing back massage after he closed the door so nobody would disturb our 'alone' time (but I doubt that Hanji might enter anyway).
Once Levi started to massage my continuously, I started to smile in a calm way and I began to feel relaxed and enjoyed the way he massaged me with his hands.
"Is this any better? Speaking of which, your stomach is already large now by the looks of it. You sure you didn't feel anything weird perhaps?", asked Levi with curiosity as he touched my stomach lightly with his palm while his other hand is still massaging my back.
"Eh? Hmm, now that I think about it. I did feel the baby kicking for quite sometime, that's one. Then, I had small back pains like I'm going through right now, that's two. And for the third-"
I stopped talking when I felt pain on my stomach like it's going nuts and suddenly I began to hold it while screaming in pain.
Levi noticed this and began to panic slightly at my state right now so he looked at me in the eye saying with even more concern, "O-Oi! Are you okay?! What's the matter?!".
I winced and replied, "M-My water...i-it broke!! I think...the baby is coming, Levi!!".
His eyes widened when I finally told him and just when he was about to say something, someone came inside.
When we looked, it appeared to be Hanji with a cheeky grin but that grin faded when she saw my expression.
So, she decided to run towards the both of us and take a good look at me on why am I acting this way.
"(Y/N)!! Are you okay?! This isn't good...", said Hanji with surprise and concern.
"Tch, You're right on time, four eyes. She said she's going to give birth right now!", said Levi as he held me.
"Eh?! Already!? Okay, okay. (Y/N), stay calm, alright? We'll help you so please don't worry about anything. All we have to do is to bring you into the infirmary so you could have your labor there. Let's just have hope whatever happens", said Hanji as she tried to calm me down.
Wait, labor? Here?! Now?! Is Hanji serious?! I don't know if I'm calming down or what just by hearing her said that.
"Hold on! I'm going to give birth here in the headquarters?! What about the hospital-"
"Forget the hospital, (Y/N)! I think it would be faster if you give birth here so we wouldn't go all the way to some random hospital nearby. So please, we are more worried about you than taking you to the hospital so let's go!!", said Hanji as she stood up and run outside the office.
Meanwhile, Levi carried me bridal style slowly with his strong manly arms and started make a run for it while I'm holding on with my life.
"Hanji is right, (Y/N). We just have to go through with this, okay?", said Levi as kissed my forehead while running through the halls of the headquarters.
Even though I felt pain right now, hearing Levi's voice made me calm down just a little bit which made my lips curled into a small smile.
-TIME SKIP-
I finally did it. Man, so much had happened today and I finally gave birth which is a success thanks to Hanji's assistance.
According to her, it's not just one child but twins! Levi and I were never expecting to have twins but I wasn't able to hear what their gender is since I fell into a deep slumber so I could give myself a good rest.
Oh, well. I guess I'll find out later on.
I groaned as my eyes finally opened and I met the ceiling. I tried to get up a little bit but for some reason, I ended up laying down again.
Just when I was about to get up again, I heard the door open and it revealed to be Hanji and a female doctor by her side.
That's odd, this doctor was never here before. Could it be that Hanji called her after my labor?
I shrugged and all of a sudden, Hanji ran towards me and said, "Congratulations, (Y/N)!!".
She gave me a big hug which I gladly returned of course then the female doctor brought out two carriages and it revealed to be my two babies with towels wrapped around them.
My eyes widened when I finally get to see my own children with my very own eyes and they look adorable too!
The doctor gave me a kind smile as she brought out the babies out of their carriages and approached me slowly while Hanji decided to let go of me so the doctor would sit down beside me with my children on her hands.
"Hello, Mrs. Ackerman. Congratulations. It turns out you gave birth to a healthy boy and a girl! Lucky you! Section-Commander Hanji was able to call me right after you gave birth and told me what happened so brought your babies to a nearby hospital just to make sure they're in good condition while you were taking a nap", the doctor announced as she handed me the twins.
"Eh? Really? Wait, how long was I asleep? Have I been out for so long?", I asked with surprise.
"Um, you've been asleep for more then two to three hours actually", said Hanji as she looked at the clock.
Man, I thought I was out for an hour or so and I never thought I would be knocked out for that long.
"But hey! At least your condition is alright according to her but you still have to take a few more days off so you could rest your body for a bit before you could continue fighting for humanity", replied Hanji as she winked.
I sighed with relief and smiled as I finally meet them up close and they look so precious and beautiful.
The boy looks like Levi with his usual bluish gray eyes while the girl looks like me (with a bit of resemblance of Levi as well which I'm referring to is the eyes) with Levi's bluish gray eyes and finally for their hair color, it happened to be raven black.
"Thank you for the support, doctor. If I ever need anything, I might as well see you or call you. Is that okay with you?", I said as I turned to the doctor.
"Oh, of course, Mrs. Ackerman! Here's my card. Call me anytime if you need any help!", the doctor said with a kind smile.
I nodded and we bid the female doctor good-bye while returning the smile that she gave us.
But wait, if I was knocked out for that long, then where's Levi? I don't remember exactly what happened since my memory was fuzzy.
"Hey, where's Levi?", I asked as I tried to look for him.
"Oh! He's inside-No, he's outside. Want me to call him-"
Hanji's sentence was cut short when someone else came inside and to my surprise, it was Levi himself.
My eyes widened when I finally saw him and Hanji just looked at the both of us staring at each other with awe while getting out of the room so she could leave the two of us alone together with her usual cheeky grin on her face which I will thank her about that later.
There was silence for a moment then the awkwardness faded when he closed the door and approached me and our babies on my arms.
"Hey, look", I said and giggled with excitement as I showed him the twins, "It's a boy and a girl, can't you believe it? Aren't they just precious, Levi?".
Levi sat beside me while taking a closer look at the twins and for some reason, his expression soften a bit and a small smile was able to curl on his lips.
"I agree, (Y/N). They're absolutely precious and beautiful just like you", Levi replied as he looked at me and leaned in for a kiss.
I laughed at his sudden antics and kissed back but before this would become a sweet kissing session that we will share for the next minute, we heard two cries coming from my arms and it turned out to be the twins.
We let go for a moment and our eyes met the twin's eyes which is already opened for the first time.
"Aww, shh. Hello, little ones. I'm your mom and this is your dad right here by my side", I said and offered Levi to carry them.
Levi looked at me with a soft expression with nod when he started to carry both of them and all of a sudden he started to soothe them with a kiss on a forehead for each which serves as a greeting coming from their bad-ass dad.
"Hey there, son and daughter", said Levi as he stroked one of them, "I'll make sure to be a good father for the both of you".
He kissed both of their foreheads again and it made the twins smiled which is such a precious moment to watch at this very moment.
"Hehe, you'll be a bad-ass father, Levi~", I said and giggled as I kissed his cheek teasingly.
He blushed slightly and slightly looked away but he smiled either way from my antics. Then, when time was able to pass by, Levi and I decided to spend our time here inside the infirmary for a while with our children in our arms and the names that we decided for the two of them will be Isabelle and Leon.
