Kamari stood at her locker earphones in her ears with her music up loud. She put all her stuff away since it was lunch and Zayn was taking her to anywhere but the school cafeteria.
Outside she waited for a light gray 2005 Impala to show up with her bestfriend as the driver.
About almost 3 minutes later Zayn pulled up honking the horn obnoxiously. Kamari got into the car as fast as she could, bumping her head on the the car then smacking Zayn in the head.
"Ow, I was just joking around, Kami." Zayn said rubbing his head.
"Well your joke got me hurt."
"I didn't ask you to bump your head."
"Sounds like you're asking for a fight." Kamari said jokingly.
"Maybe I am."
"Fight me then, b*tch!"
The car was filled with laughs as Zayn pulled out the school's driveway.
Kamari saw the looks of jealousy from girls and guys in her grade, and underclassmen.
Don't worry, he's not my man.
Zayn like her is a senior. But by the looks of it he might have to repeat the year over again. He never comes to school cause he's a lazy sh*t. He's lucky he has her to cheat off of.
"So where are we eating at?" Kamari asked picking at her nails.
"The food court at the mall," Zayn stopped at a stop sign looking both ways then accelerating. "We can choose what we feel like eating and meet up at a table."
This was different.
"Who are you meeting?" Kamari asked smirking.
Zayn smiled pulling into the mall lot. "This instagram model, she found my page and she wants to smash!" He said excitedly.
This annoyed Kamari, Zayn literally f*cked recklessly. He would wrap it up from what he told her, but he'd meet up with these insta girls he never met until the day they mess around.
"One day one of these insta girls is gonna be a man, who want them cheeks."
"Kamari, get out my car."
Kamari got out the car with a little giggle. Looking at Zayn she saw him smile pulling up his sweats a bit.
Inside the mall were mainly old people, since most of the high schoolers are at school, obviously.
People stared at Kamari and Zayn as they walked down to the food court, whether it was in confusion or awe.
Confusion because they're suppose to be at school but strangers don't know it's lunch. Awe because as Kamari looked into the windows of the stores they passed by, they kinda looked like a bomb a** couple.
That could never happen though. Kamari only saw Zayn as a friend, and vice versa.
They got their food and started eating when they finished Zayn got a text from the insta girl.
"Okay, Mari, this chick is going to take me home," He handed her the keys to his car. "So here, I'll come to your house to pick it up later, kay?" They lived down the street from each other so it wasn't a problem for Zayn to just pick his car up later.
Kamari nodded with a pout on her face.
"But, you have to take me to the carnival." She said batting her eyelashes like the kids in cartoons.
"Alright" Zayn leaned down and kissed her cheek. "Bye Mari."
Kamari waved a goodbye taking her trash to the trash and walking back towards the parking lot.

Turns out Zayn needed Kamari to pick him up.
After Kamari left the mall Zayn was left with the IG famous, Pricilla.
They walked around the mall a couple times.before they went to her house.
"So we start with some foreplay, I'm touchin' all over her ti-"
"Save me the details and just tell me what happened." Kamari said turning on her turn signal.
"Okay so we start gettin' it in and whatever and I hear someone stomping up the stairs, I pull out and get my clothes on real quick, her dad came in! I didn't have time for a confrontation so I jumped out the window & here I am." Zayn explained.
"Can you pull up to Burger King, my treat."
Kamari turned into the driveway of the fast food place. "I thought your story would be more interesting, like she was married or somethin'." Kamari said.
"...It was a cool experience for me." Zayn pouted getting out the car. "What you want?"
"Just a strawberry milkshake and a medium fry."
Zayn nodded his head heading into the joint.
While Kamari waited her phone buzzed. It was a notification of her being tagged in a IG post.
It was her ex:
"#Tbt when I had the baddest chick, still luv her💔 @KamariSlayinzz"
Kamari rolled her eyes so far it hurt.
If anybody should be posting pics on IG with "emotional" captions it should be her. She's the one who got played.
Zayn had his & Kamari's food in his arms when he saw her eyebrows were furrowed.
"I swear if it's her sh*tty ex again." He thought to himself.
"What's wrong bud?" Zayn askef handing her her items.
"It's Adriano, he's asking for attention."
Zayn just shook his head eating his food.
He just wished that boy would stop.
Adriano thinks Kamari cheated on him, instead of talking to her, he decided to post a few pictures of him making out with another girl, with two more girls on the side.
This broke Kamari so bad. It was humiliating. Although Adriano went to a different school, people from hers and his knew each other. He was pretty well known so the news spread fast.
Zayn remembered when he had to actually go to school to learn the subjects he & Kamari shared so he could bring her assignments & teach them to her if she needed it.
He never wants to see her like that again.
Zayn confronted Adriano, which turned into a fight.
"Why should I listen to you?!You're the punk b*tch Kam cheated on me with!" Adriano spat.
"Whoa whoa, I would never! She's very attractive, yes, but we don't have that connection, it's a mutual feeling." Zayn said.
Adriano pushed at Zayn's chest.
"Alright boy, don't start with me!" Zayn tried to reason.
Adriano landed a hit on Zayn's cheek.
Zayn just blacked out.
Zayn punched at Adriano's face repeatedly. Adriano made a couple good hits & took Zayn's hits like a champ.
But Zayn did boxing. He landed a hit on Adriano's stomach, then his face again.
Adriano was bleeding from the mouth & nose. One punch to his jaw was what made him pass out.
Zayn reached down to make sure he didn't kill anyone & left the scene.
"What are you smiling for?" Kamari asked.
"I just remembered when I knocked his a** out." Zayn laughed.
Zayn started to drive back to Kamari's house, and Kamari fell asleep.
He pulled over & decided to message her parents. The Quince's had Zayn in their groupchat so they could both know if something happens at the same time.
Zayn: Mr. & Mrs. Quince, would it be okay if Kami stayed the night. She fell asleep in my car.
Just a couple seconds later Mrs.Quince replied.
Mrs.: That's fine just make sure she gets to school tmr.
Mr.: yeah what she said.
Zayn laughed putting his phone away & getting back onto the road.
