She sits there in the back as students enter the class. She watches them from under her broken mask. Her mouth doesn't even twitch into a tiny smile. She's tired of just staring, so she reaches into her bag and pulls out a book.
"No! Broken! Don't read, yet!" She jumps as Sally puts her bear, Charlie over Broken's book.
"Why not?" Broken questions in a monotone.
"Talk to me! Don't be so boring! Charlie wants to talk too, right?" Sally questions her still bear. She pouts. "You don't have to be shy, Charlie." She says hugging him. Broken watches her before looking back at the book.
"Uh oh. Don't look now, Broken. The evil demoness is here." Sally whispers as Alice skips inside, with the regular sight of her loyal followers, Laughing Jack, Yuki, Carrie, Zalgo, and Eyeless Jack. She slightly lowers in her seat to hide from Alice, while watching her carefully.
Her plea was not heard. Alice turns as if she had felt Broken's hidden gaze on her. Alice smiles kindly and waves at her. She diverts her eyes, and blushes at the sound of her giggling.
"Do you want Charlie to take care of her?" Sally whispers over to Broken.
"Make sure she doesn't catch on either." Sally tenses up as Alice puts her hands to her arms. Alice giggles. Sally casts a trembling gaze towards Alice, who looks deeply into her eyes. "Oh, were you talking about me? Well, that's not very nice." Broken clenches her hands tightly, and slides her hand inside of her sweater to pull out her blade.
"Let her go, Alice." Broken says angrily. Alice giggles.
"Why would I want to do that?" Alice questions Broken innocently.
"I'll kill you." She says clenching the blade tightly.
"That would be nice, wouldn't it?" Alice questions her. "But I can't be killed." Alice says sliding her fingers gently to Sally's neck. She tenses, and so does Charlie.
A tentacle wraps around Alice. Stopping her. "Slendy, I wasn't doing anything. She's the one with the hidden knife, ready to strike me." Alice says with a nod to her head, looking back at the faceless man. Slenderman has no chance to answer. His tentacle is sliced off by two short blades.
"Don't touch her, freak!" Yuki says glaring at him fiercely. Alice grabs a hold of Yuki's wrists.
"Now, Yuki. . .Don't get into trouble. We wouldn't want the Principal's pet to get us into trouble." Alice says moving Yuki's hands to put her blades away.
"But he defiled you!" Yuki says displeased. Alice smiles.
"We're sorry about the fight. We'll be going to our seats now." Alice pulls Yuki away, who looks back at them with warning gazes. Daring them to try anything against her or Alice.
"I am sorry about this. Are you okay, Sally?" Slenderman questions her. She nods her head as she holds on tightly to Broken.
"There must be someway to stop her." Broken says angrily. "I doubt she can't be killed everyone has a weakness, even her." Broken says glaring at the twisted girl.
"There isn't. Sadly she isn't just immortal like you, Broken. She is a being that is rejected by both Hell and Heaven. She cannot be killed ever. What is never born, can never be killed. There will always be evil in this world, and we are part of that evil that feeds her. She will always be there. As long as evil lives, she will exist in our world." He explains to Broken, who slightly shivers at the prospect of the kind of being Alice is.
"Principal Pasta picked his students well. He chose Harlie to represent intelligence, Blood to represent vengeance, Yuki to represent rage, Scarlet to represent mystery, Carrie to represent insanity, Alice to represent joy, and Broken. . .you are her counterpart. You represent sorrow." He says to the stunned girl. She touches her mask.
"Why would he choose us specifically for this?" Broken questions him.
"That is information I am not privy to. All I know is that this being likes to get a bit poetic." Slenderman tells her.
"Why are you friends with her?" Sally now questions him.
"I am simply a guard to make sure she does not get out of hand." Slenderman says to Broken, who tries to decipher him, but it is impossible when he has no face.
Broken jumps as the door opens to reveal Masky and Hoodie entering. She watches Yuki make her way sensually, towards Hoodie. Wrapping her arms around his neck. Masky looks around until he spots Broken, with her mask pulled up. He smiles on the inside of his mask, and makes his way towards her.
She perks up, and her mask slides down over her eyes. "Broken, you're here early again." Masky says taking the empty seat beside her.
"Masky, is here!" Sally cheers, and greets him with a hug. He pets her curly brown hair before she steps back to leave Broken and Masky alone.
"Hey, you looked a bit distraught. What happened?" Masky questions Broken, who blushes under her mask.
"It's nothing. Slenderman and I handled it." Broken tells him reassuringly.
"Are you sure?" He insists. Broken nods her head, and gives him a tiny smile.
"WOW!" Their attention goes to the sound of Alice's voice. They find the girl looking out of the window. She turns around, and smiles brightly. "It's a big storm! It's coming!" She says happily. Students look out of the windows to find that it's bright and sunny.
"Hey, are you stupid? It's bright and sunny." Blood says looking over at her annoyed. Alice tilts her head to the side.
"Look again." Blood glares at Alice before looking over at the window. The sky is clouded over.
"How did you know?" Blood questions her. Alice chuckles.
"Don't you smell it? The rain is in the air." Alice opens the window, and a strong gust of wind showers the room with misty rain. Broken's heart starts to thud as the clouds get black and blacker.
"It's coming." Alice says again. She puts her fingers up, and counts back from three. Broken jumps as lightning strikes, followed by thunder. Alice cheers, and puts half her body out of the two story high window. Purposely pushing herself closer to a dangerous position.
"Broken, are you okay?" Masky questions as she stands up. Her arms are trembling. Her knife slips out from her sleeve. She moves it up, and her sights are set on Alice, who had turned back around, and sits leisurely on the edge of the window. Broken slips on the water falling out of the window, but being caught by Alice.
"Hey, Broken. How's it hanging?" Alice chuckles, and watches Broken's mouth. The way her lower lip trembles. She trembles as she hears the thunder and sees the lightning. Making Alice look more ominous. "Scary, isn't it? You have a mask with metal in it. If lightning strikes any closer. . . you'll burn to a crisp." She says giving her a deadly smile.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you." Laughing Jack says as he stops Masky from helping Broken.
"Move it!" He yells out at him. Slenderman sighs, and uses his tentacles to hold them all back, and helps pull Broken up.
"Way to ruin the fun." Alice says with a pout.
"This behavior is not tolerated. I thought you have been told that, Alice." Slenderman says to her. Pulling her face to face with him. She tilts her head to the side.
"If you want a kiss just say so." She says grinning at him. Laughing Jack frowns.
"Alice." He warns her. She giggles.
"Forgive me, Slendy. I haven't killed in so long. It makes me antsy." She says snapping her neck as she tilts her head too far to the left.
"Then go to the nurse, and get something to control those impulses." He tells her.
"More? But you all feed us calming drugs at lunch." The students start to murmur in disbelief. Now many have realized that they haven't had the urge to kill in a while. It only comes to life when Alice provokes them.
Slenderman releases the other students, and uses his flexible and morphing body to take Alice out of that room.
Masky crawls over to Broken, who jumps every time she hears the thunder. He holds her, and that soothes her fear.
"We have to stop her." She thinks to herself, and clings tightly to Masky. Watching the wet floor under her. All students had gone silent. Most likely pondering what Alice had just said to them.
"It's not just a storm. . .It's a hurricane that's coming. . ."
