Poha ____1 cup.
Cooked rice____1/4 cup.
Potatoes___3.
Green chilly____1.
Onion___1.
Salt.
Chat masala____1 tsp.
White pepper____1 tsք.
Coriander leaves.
Jeera.
Rice flour.
Oil to shallow fry.
Dɨʀɛċtɨօռs
Boil the potatoes peel and mash.
Wash poha ,drain water and keep it aside
Chop the onion and green chilly.
Cool the rice if hot.
Chop coriander leaves.
Now take a bowl put potatoes, rice,poha,salt,green chilly, chat masala, jeera, onion, coriander leaves, white pepper, mix nicely, no need to add water.
Make small balls of any shape, roll it in rice flour and shallow fry till golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
Note: If you want deep fry then dip the bullets in maida paste and roll in
bread crumbs.
