It was around the festive season again and Splendor was decorating the parlour.
"Splendy baby, Go check on B/N will you I'll do this."
He nods his head and jogs up the stairs. I've never see. Anyone be more giddy about checking on a baby. I roll my eyes and giggle at his playfulness. Our baby was B/A (Baby/Age) this was their (first, second, third etc) Christmas. He wanted it to be the best one ever. I finish putting the decorations up and Jeff comes barging through the door.
He pins me against the wall his knife to my throat.
"Where's the baby?"
He growled I whimper against the cool metal of his blade.
"SPLENDOR PROTECT THE BABY! RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK JUST KEEP RUNNING. WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T LOOK BACK!"
Splendor comes running down the stairs full speed his tendrils in a ball around B/N I hold off Jeff for as long as I can before he slices my torso a bit.
"I'm sorry B/N I love you. I'm so sorry mommy didn't get to see you grow up."
With that I close my eyes. I'm not sure if anyone came for me or if B/N or Splendor but I had a feeling they were. I just hope I can survive through this.
