Hiccup POV
I'm Hiccup Haddock the Third. I live here on Berk, the ever so jolly and warm island where it snows 11 months of the year and the other one, oh that's just plain freezing rain. On this island every Viking is a friend. Unless...your me. I am the son of Stoick the Vast, chief of the Hairy Hooligan tribe, and a runt at that.
Over there is Snotlout, he is tough, mean and head over heels for Astrid. Then there is Fishlegs, he is the smart one out of the group, he hates fighting and has read the book of dragons 7 times. Oh and the twins Ruffnut and Tuffnut ( I am pretty sure Ruff is the girl but sometimes it is hard to tell) they love damage and destruction.And well there's Astrid. She is the best fighter on this island. I will admit I do have a teensy-weensy crush on her. I mean who wouldn't. They all help fight are greatest enemy....the Dragons. I on the other hand am a apprentice for the village blacksmith, Gobber. I'm 13 and was his apprentice since I was 4.
