"Love..the topic is quite interesting..hm..okay!We'll go with it." I agreed.We did some discussion and surprisingly Jungkook has a lot of idea for this topic.Of course..he's in love now so,its not a surprise if he knows more about it,right?
"Good,Jeon Jungkook!We don't have to ask Namjoon's help then.At least we finished our discussion today then we can start practicing later.We can do this,right?" I said to him.
"Let's win over the others." Jungkook added.Great,we're a matching pair.Both of us wants to the highest marks and be the best than our classmates.Not long after,Jin called the two of us to come downstairs.We went out and walked downstairs.I saw Haneul unnie sitting in the dining room already.
"Sorry for making you wait,unnie." I apologised and took my seat.
"It's okay,Soyeon.I just came too." She replied with a smile.
"Hello,Jungkook." Haneul unnie greeted him and he just nodded his head.He must be shy that's why he's acting like this.
"Okay!Since everybody is here,I would like to thank everyone for coming to this unexpected dinner.Ha..but anyways..let's eat and enjoy okay?So..let's eat!" Jin oppa said before we started eating.We began eating and I saw Jungkook who was eating with his head bowed down.
"Jungkook,you're shy aren't you?" I whispered to him.He stepped on my foot lightly and so I hold his left hand then squeezed it.
"It's okay,I'm here." I said to him.
"Gomawo." He thanked me.We continued eating while Jin anf Haneul talked about random things.After we finished eating,all of us went to the living room just hanging out.Jin excused himself and went upstairs into his room.
"So,you two..how was school?" Haneul started talking.
"It was fine,unnie.We're you know..always busy with school works.Typical students life." I scoffed which made Jungkook and unnie to laugh.
"You're far more cooler than your brother,Soyeon." She whispered and giggled.
"Of course I am." I replied.
"The two of you are going to finish school soon right?Do you have any plans yet?" She asked us.
"Hm..for me..not yet.I just want to focus on my school first but..I think Jeon Jungkook did his plans ready,right Jungkook?" I turned to look at him.He blinked his eyes twice and shook his head blankly.
"Oh,poor Jungkook..you must love to bully him,Soyeon and that's not good." Haneul shook her head.
"I must disagree with that,noona.I'm the one who's always bullying her." Jungkook interrupted.
"Unnie,to be honest both of us love to bully each other so..fair and square." I answered.
"But I'm a bit more.." Jungkook continued which made me rolled my eyes.
"I wonder what's taking your brother so long.." Haneul said.
"Did you miss him already?" I teased.
"Sort of..seeing you two together..kind of remembering me to the times when we met for the first time.We hated each other then as the time passed we got closer then became a couple.It could happen to the two of you too.." She said with a smile.
"Unnie,can you tell me how you met him?Truthfully,he never shared anything about you or his relationship although I'm his sister.Such an annoying brother." I heaved a sigh.Jungkook scoffed and I gave him a glare.
"It's the truth." I said to him.
"I know..you're such a good little sister." He patted my head.
"Okay,unnie please continue."
"Actually,I became his student in his cooking class for the past few months.Since I'm bad in cooking,he would always nag or scold me for doing the wrong things.I also got very annoyed since he always nag and scold me.I hate him for that..aha..then,one day I was crossing a road until a car was about to hit me.Thankfully,Jin was there so he quickly saved me and from there..we just started hanging out and all.." She narrated telling her love story.
"That was wonderful..I'm proud of him now." I said after listening.
"Kookie...can you go upstairs and look for my brother?" I requested and he nodded then left the living room.Unnie and I watch the TV peacefully until I heard footsteps coming down from the stairs really fast.
"Noona!Soyeon!Jin hyung...he-he passed out!" Jungkook said in panic.
"Oh my god!Let me see him.Soyeon,take a glass of water and wet cloth now." Haneul ordered and I followed as what she said.It's weird that my brother suddenly passed out when he was really healthy today.I ran upstairs with the things Haneul asked me to bring and entered Jin's room.
"When did he pass out?" I asked Jungkook.
"He was already on the ground when I entered." He answered.
"Looks like we have to do CPR then." Jungkook suggested.He looked at me and I made a disgusted face.
"Ew...not me.You do it." I said.He looks like he was dealing with a serious problem.Of course it's a serious problem to him.That's my brother he's dealing with.
"Aye...if I wait for the two of you,Jin would wake up next year.Let me do it so,if you don't want to see it turn around." Haneul said as she moved towards Jin.Jungkook and I stood next to each other and looked at them.When Haneul did "it", Jin slowly woke up.
"Oh..Haneul-ah.." He said weakly.He sat up and Haneul quickly hugged him.
"Are you okay,oppa?" She asked worriedly.Jin smiled and nodded.Suddenly,the lights were off.I grabbed Jungkook's arm and scooted closer to him.
"Jungkook.." I whispered.
"Shh...I'm here.Get ready for the next event." He whispered back.Then,the lights were on again and I saw Jin with a box of ring on his hand.Haneul looked at him in shock and Jin finally said the word.
"Will you marry me,Park Haneul?"
"Y-yes..oppa." Haneul answered and hugged Jin.Jin hugged her back tightly and made a thumbs up at Jungkook.Jungkook gave him a thumbs up too.This is weird.Why are they making thumbs up to each other?
"Did you plan all this?" Haneul asked.
"Yes,how was my acting?Great,right?" Jin answered.
"Wah...you should be an actor someday.You really surprise me,oppa." Haneul answered.All of us went out of the room and Jin sent Haneul back to her house.Jungkook and I were left alone in the house.
"It's late now..you can go home if you want." I said to him.
"I'm not going to let you live here alone." Jungkook responded.
"Oh..okay..so..what are we going to do now?" I asked him.
"Let's watch a movie!" Jungkook suggested.
"Oh yeah!I have one horror movie in my pendrive.I'll go get it and you go take some chips or soft drinks from the kitchen." I said to him and quickly went to my room.I took my pendrive and ran downstairs.Maybe that was a mistake to run because I fell on the stairs.
"Ouch!" I screamed in pain.Jungkook came out from the kitchen and looked at me with crossed arms.I rubbed my hurt butt and looked at him.
"Are you just going to stand there?At least help me to get up." I spoke.
"No.You fell down by yourself.I'm sure you can get up by yourself too." He replied.I sighed and clenched my teeth because I really want to punch his handsome face right now.Savage Jungkook.I got myself back up and walked passed Jungkook,bumping our shoulders together.I went to the living room and inserted the pendrive.Not long after,Jungkook came with a packet of chips and two Coca Cola.
"So,what movie are we gonna watch?" He asked,eating the chips.
"Just sit and watch." I replied.He nodded and focused his attention to the TV.Oh no...the scariest part is about to come.Then,a ghost suddenly appeared out of nowhere.I flinched and unintentionally grabbed Jungkook's arm.I heard him holding his laughter.
"Not funny okay?" I said.
"For me it's funny." He replied.
"You lost your coolness in just a few seconds."
"What are you talking about?" I asked him.
"A while ago,you're mad at me.Now,look who's grabbing my arm because she's scared." He answered.
"That was because of the shitty ghost."
"Why you always lying..." He sang in my ear.
"Shut up,Jeon Jungkook." I replied still holding onto him.Somehow,my eyes already feel heavy and droopy but I still continued watching the movie.I yawned again for the ninth time.
"If you're sleepy,just sleep.I'll stay here with you until your brother comes home." Jungkook said.Since I was too sleepy,I scooted closer to Jungkook and leaned my head on his broad chest.I closed my eyes and I felt a pair of arms wrapped me.
"Good night,Soyeon." Was all he said and he kissed my head.
