*next day at school*
Lucas POV
I was talking to zay at my locker when Missy came in all mad
Missy: Lucas what the hell. Who breaks up with someone over a text ?!
Lucas: look missy I just don't feel that spark in us
Missy: there's gotta be somebody. Who's the whore?
Lucas: 1st yes it was someone and 2nd she is not a whore
Missy: who is she huh?
Lucas: I'm not going to tell you missy so just leave me alone and find another guy
Missy: fine but it was you not me
She walks away all mad like and the bell rings
Lucas: finally school is over
Zay: I feel you dude
Lucas: *chuckles* of course you do zay
Riley's POV
I was watching TV until Derek came in
Derek: hey Riley
Riley: oh hey so what are you doing here?
Derek: I wanted to see you riley
Riley: oh
Derek: come on let's go do something
Riley: okay fine
He puts his hand out. I grab it then we run off to the halls
Derek: alright first thing is
He puts me over his shoulder and laugh
Riley: what are you doing? *giggles*
Derek: something fun
He starts running around the halls with me on his shoulder and I start to laugh again
Riley: your going to crash
Derek: Im not
He runs into the hospitals library and puts me down onto the couch
Derek: had fun?
Riley: yeah *blushes*
Derek: are you blushing?
Riley: what no way
Derek: okay whatever you say riley
He sits down next to me. Our hands touch and he looks at me in the eyes
Derek: riley have you ever felt there might be a connection between us?
Riley: I don't know maybe
Derek: riley I think we have a connection and not just as friends
Lucas POV
I was at Riley's hospital when I heard Riley's voice in the library I walk in and I see her talking with derek
Riley: that's really sweet derek but I'm with lucas
Derek: riley that guy hurt you remember you can't just forgive him like that. I would never hurt you
He leans into riley but riley stops him
Riley: still I'm still dating lucas
Derek: I understand riley I'll still be here for you
I accidentally knock over books and they turn and see me
Riley: lucas?
Lucas: oh hey Riley
Fuck I'm dead
