As we were in class, I start taking notes. I can hear people talking behind me about me how they think im pregnant. But i just hate how people think that rumor is true.

The class stays quiet and maya and lucas look at each other, thats odd. As i finsh writing, Sarah passes me a note. I open it

I look down on the note it was a picture of lucas and maya kissing. I can't believe they kissed behind my back. I grab my bag and ran out of the class.

Harper: Riley?

I ignored her, I left to the bathroom , I began to cry.

Missy: Aw look its riley crying in the restroom about her horrible life.

Riley: Leave me alone

Missy: just like how lucas and maya will? Riley open your eyes lucas doesn't even love or like you.

Riley: I guess not

Missy: Well if you want, sarah is moving schools so I need a sidekick. Join me riley

Riley: why would I?

Missy: come on riley. I can get you things like drugs , beer, blades whatever you need.

She lights it, I start to smoke and she does the same.

Missy: No more maya or lucas. Just me and you with drugs , beer and having fun.

Riley: I guess i can get used to it

*After school*

After school, Me and lucas just went back to his house

Lucas: Hey riley are you okay

Riley: Yeah

Lucas: You cut class 3 times and you ran out in 1st period

Riley: I was just sad and yeah i just needed to cry

Lucas: Riley im always here for you

He kisses me but pulls away fast

Lucas: Why do you taste like tobacco

At that moment I froze.
