•Jordan's POV•
Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep.
The continious cycle of the slow 'beep' drives me crazy, slowly.
What is it measuring??
Why is it beeping??
What is the beep??
"Has she moved at all?"
"No."
My hands feel like the are chained to my sides. My feet linked together by rope. I open my mouth, trying to scream for help but no sound comes out. I try to adjust my body into a more comfortable position but I can't move anything.
I pry open my eyes, to find that I am enclosed in a portal of darkness. With every turn of my head, more darkness surrounds me.
A bright sensation burns my retinas, causing me to snap them shut and screw them together. Even with my eyes closed, I still feel that burning sensation.
A big gust of wind blows my hair in every direction. Knotting the pieces together creating a tangled mess. My feet and wrists are still locked together, I'm chained down in one place. A roar in my ears sends a shiver down my spine, creating goosebumps on my pale skin.
Thrashing in place, I attempt to loosen the ties that are keeping me in captivity. They don't budge.
I attempt to scream for 'help' once more but alas, no such thing happened. Not even a whisper of a sound escapes my lips. It's almost like I lost my voice. Like I have no voice. Like I have been permanently muted.
Is this what Hell is like??
Have I been banished to this portal for eternity because of the way I live my life??
Have I been placed here because I'm a bitch to One Direction and co??
Opening my eyes once more, the burning light has vanished. Glimpsing down at my wrist, a bright, vibrant blue seeps out from a deep wound on my arm.
Wriggling around again, I begin to feel panic settling in.
Am I stuck like this, forever??
Am I here for a specific reason or just because Hades wanted a new best friend??
Why am I here??

•Harry's POV•
Bloody Jordan. Always ending up in the bloody hospital because she can't control her emotions. Because she feels like she has to cut herself to feel anything but pain.
To be honest, I'm starting to wish we never even meet her. That she didn't come to the meet and greet, that she wore a top with longer sleeves.
It's actually, extremely annoying how our whole day revolves around her.
I understand completely that she's had a rough start to her life. I understand that she's beginning to hate us and that she doesn't want to be with us.
Liam needs to understand that every problem we come across, he can't figure out and find the solution; that he can fix everything up and play 'Mr. Counsellor'. He needs to realise that some people don't want help from others and that the are independent and can work everything out themselves.
He's so oblivious to people's body language. I mean Jordan's body language is quite obvious to figure out. Sometimes you can read her like an open book but at other times, she is closed and locked up.- did I just refer to Jordan as a book?? Oh well.
"Has she moved at all??" I ask an exhausted Liam.
He looks up at me, dark circles hanging under his eyes. He looks like a zombie. His skin is pale and the guilt in his eyes is evident. Why does he think it's his fault??
"No." He says flatly. No emotion in his voice. His hollow gaze leaves mine and focuses back on Jordan's slowly rising chest. Weren't we in the same position only a few weeks ago??
Taking a seat next to him, I gently place my hand on his shoulder. He pushes my hand away. Okay?? I frown slightly and get up to leave. What is his problem??
"Liam. It's not your fault. It's Jordan's fault for choosing that path. Don't beat yourself up about it." I say firmly. I can't let one of my best mates bully himself because he thinks it's his fault we are here. Like I said, it's Jordan's.
Now listen, I don't exactly like talking smack about girls behind their backs but there's something about Jordan that rubs me up the wrong way. Something that I just don't like about her. Maybe because she's pushing us away or the fact that she's a down right bitch. I don't know. Either way, my liking towards her is downfalling.
Exiting the hospital room, I join my other friends in the waiting room. You can tell they don't really want to be here but are for the sake of Liam's wellbeing. "She hasn't moved. We should go and get ready for our concet tonight. She's in a coma. She'll be fine." I say as I sit down in one of the many uncomfortabe hospital chairs. You'd think that wouyld make them cushioned, but no. They haven't.
Niall gets up from his seat and makes his way to Jordan's room. It opens and then closes sharply. Not even two minutes later, two boys emerge from the room and walk towards us.
Liam looks as guilty as hell and Niall looks tired. We all are. I'm tired of this constant cycle and the constant nagging in my head to set things right with Jordan.
Not saying anything, we pile into the SUV and drive to the arena ready for the rehearsal. The tension in the car is thick, extremely thick. The whole car is silent, not even the radio is playing.
Something bad is going to happen. I can feel it in the pit of my stomach.

Exhausted is the only word I can think of as I collapse on my hotel bed. I can already feel sleep tugging at me. Pulling off my shoes, jeans and t shirt, I slip under the blankets and let sleep consume my exhausted body.
•Jordan's POV•
Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep.
UGH!! What the fuck is that whining, high pitched noise?? Why won't it go away.
My left wrist begins to itch and I can feel my hand curling in an awkward position. The feeling intensifies and I can't help the scream that echoes around this dark void I'm stuck in.
Chained, depressed and injured. Fanfuckingtastic for me. Not.
Yes, I have found my voice as more time passes. Where the hell am I?? Everywhere I look, is just darkness. No source of life or light. Absolutely nothing.
"Jordan..." Someone hums in my ear.
"Gabriel??" I ask.
"Pull through Jordan. Pull through..." The familiar voice fades into nothing as my best friends disappears.
"GABRIEL SAVE ME!!! GABRIEL!!!!" I cry out, tears spilling down my cheeks. "GABRIEL!!!!" It's no use. He isn't coming back.
•Liam's POV•
All I wanted was a peaceful sleep to rejuvenate my body for tomorrow's concert.
But no, my obnoxious ringtone jolts me awake in the pitch black bedroom.
"Hello??" I ask sluggishly. I'm still asleep practically.
"Is this Liam Payne??" An official voice ask through the line.
"Yes?" I reply suddenly feel more awake now.
"I'm Doctor Jones. You need to get to the hospital now." And with that the call has ended. What?? It must be important if I'm being woken up at three am!!
Storming out of my room, I flick on every light in an attempt to wake up my tired friends. I instantly feel guilty for waking them up but this probably concerns Jordan and it must be important.
Zayn still hasn't emerged from his room, so I'll just leave him be.
"Do I have to come??" Harry whines.
"Go back to bed then." I sigh as I pull on shoes. I'm not even sure if they are mine.
Racing out of the parking lot, we arrive at the hospital in no time. Rushing inside, the bitter cold biting at our skin, we notice Doctor Jones walking towards us.
"We need to talk now." She says firmly. Guiding us towards Jordan's hospital room, I can't hear the beep of the heart rate monitor. Oh god.
The door flies open and busy nurses rush around the room.
"Jordan's heart just failed. We think she's gone into cardiac arrest which is common when being in a coma." Doctor Jones informs.
"I-is she gonna be okay??" Niall asks, his voice cracking.
"We hope so. She should be fine but we have to wait for about an hour before we know for sure."
"Jesus Christ." Louis mutters under his breath as he watches the nurses working on getting Jordan's heart to beat again.
I hope to the fucking lord that she is still alive.
