Chicken bread rolls
Ingredents:
Boiled n shareded chicken 1 cup
Boil n mashed potatoes 1 cup
Grated carrot 1 small
Finley cut capsicum 1
Cabbage Finley cut 2 tbsp
Salt as per like
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Method
boil all things separately
In a bowl mix all the ingredients well n keep this mixture in fridge for half hour take a bread and press that to spread with bailan(rolling pin)
After half hour make rolls n beat 2 eggs then take a pan with a little oil For frying.
Take one roll dip it in beaten egg then shallow or pan fry in hot oil
Take out when turns golden from all sides n put these on tissue to reduce extra oil n then serve...
