right now

a dream?
No.
What it is
is a nightmare
that I cannot
wake up from.
It's endless
up until
the day I die.
Maybe you've guessed it,
it's called life.
The game we all play
we are all a part of
recently i realized
that the player
named me
is not very good
at this game.
He read the rules wrong.
He thought it said
that him and player her
were destined to be
but since he has
failed the game
it shows that
they are not
in fact
meant to be.
But me is determined.
He would go
to the far ends
of the Earth
to get her back.
So he hacks the game
looking for
the data that says
him and her
are not meant to be
but what he finds
is much less rewarding...
it is her.
She won't allow
him to cheat.
She doesn't want
him to change
the game
to his liking.
So he walks away
leaving her
forever
but he can't
pass the level
that he is on.
It's too hard a puzzle
for him to
figure out
and move on.
