There was a knock at the door. Jon's heart dropped. He jumped up off the floor, wiped his eyes and opened the door. It was Lemma. Jon closed his eyes, and went and collapsed onto his bed. Lemma walked in and sat on the end of Jon's bed.
"Listen Jon, go to sleep. I'm not gonna sit here and watch you wait for him!" Go...to...sleep...."
"You don't understand," Jon cried. "I need to be awake for when he returns", he continued.
"He might not be returning, Jon! That drunk bastard doesn't need us anymore, he's doing what he wants now, solo albums. You really are annoying me now Jon, go to sleep."
Lemma left the room, slamming the door behind him.

The crying and over-thinking finally drains all of Jon's remaining energy and he falls asleep, spread out across the bed. He had a nightmare where Richie had left him and the band forever and they hated each other. Jon woke up in a cold sweat shaking. His heart was broken... The bottle of vodka he had drank was lodged in his head however he tried to get back to sleep, despite his pain.
