(pic of Sebastian Crossley)

Chocolate goodness was all that came to mind. This tall, hunk of a man stood in front of me holding a champagne colored mid thigh dress. It had rouching all through out the body of it with a halter top beading line.

I had to admit. It was breath taking but that wasn't the thing that was taking my breath away.

He stood there towering over me in a red Polo sweater and dark Levi's jeans. I looked to his feet and seen he was wearing black Calvin Klein dress shoes.

Fine and fashionable, I thought to myself. I looked back up to his eyes and they were the color of chocolate in the shape of almonds and I swore I felt myself getting lost in them and warm between my thighs.

This man was everything and then some.

"Don't you think so?" His voice pulled me out of my trance and I couldn't do anything but clear my throat and gain composure.

"Uh, um yeah. It does." I said touching the fabric loving the cool touch of the satin. I reached for the price tag that hung at the bottom of the dress and nearly had a heart attack.

"No way. This dress costs way too much. There is no way I can afford."

In curiosity, he looked at the price tag and chuckled. To me it sounded like harmonized bells of the angels.

"It's only $1500.00."

"You must be out of your mind." Then I thought for a second. He could be someone who's working here and was trying to make a sale. That could also explain why he was passing a fifteen hundred dollar dress of as a two dollar pair of socks.

I waved him off and turned my attention back to the rack. Maybe i could find a simple little black dress for under thirty bucks.

"You sure? You have the perfect body to pull it off. It'll look great against your brown skin."

Okay, now he was really trying to make a sale. Me? Pull that dress off? No way in hell. Angie could definitely wear the hell out of that dress but not I and now I was really getting upset. How dare he try to boost my confidence for a sale.

I turned back to him obviously mad. "Look here, I don't know what you're trying to do, but you are not going to coax me into buying that dress so you can make a sale!" I was beyond heated.

First he looked confused then his smile faded into a thin line. "Girl please, I don't work here. I was giving you a compliment but obviously your self-esteem is too low to even accept it." He threw the dress on top of the rack of clothes and stormed off stuffing his hands in his pocket, leaving me with my mouth hanging open.

"Pick your jaw up sweetie, you might catch flies." Angie placed her finger under my chin. I moved my face from her hand.

The nerve of him! If he thought he could just talk to me like that and think it was acceptable, he was dead wrong. I fought every nerve in my body not to go and hunt him down and give him a piece of my mind. I angrily shifted through the dress on the racks. Angie grabbed my arm to stop the assault on the dresses.

"Whoah, Kayla. Calm down. What happened wit' that man?" She asked. She must have seen the entire scene.

"He got mad at me because I didn't want to by a damn dress." I replied.

She laughed. "That's why you're over here seeing red? That's very petty." I ignored her not wanting to admit I was maybe over reacting.

"Look, lets just find you a dress, check out, and go grab something to eat? I'm in the mood for pizza. Sound like a plan?"

I looked at Angie and agreed. Sure, I was blowing this way out of proportion but if I ever saw him again, he was definitely getting a piece of my mind and that was the truth.

****

Getting ready for this party was nerve wrecking. I didn't know if I was supposed to look a certain way, wear perfume not wear perfume, bring my purse or leave it in the car, etc. I was stuck while Angie was ready in twenty minutes. I still had my dress laid out on my bed. I was sitting on the floor of my closet in my towel still debating if I wanted to wear the red bottoms or the black stilettos when Angie walked in my room.

"For someone who doesn't have sex, you have a lot of shoes that say otherwise." I ignored her comment and held up the shoes for her to decide for me.

"Pick one."

She looked at the options then back to the little black dress I decided to buy, It was a cotton, sweatheart alter top dress that stopped mid thigh.

"Red bottoms." I chewed on my bottom lip looking at her choice.

"You sure it itsn't too much."

"No, its perfect. At these parties, it doesnt really matter what you got on, only whats underneath." She chuckled and stepped back to look at herself in the full legth mirror on my wall. She did end up buying the dress she tried on. She had her hair laid in soft curls with simple gold jewelry to accessorize.

"That's not making me feel any better about going."

"Look, you'll be fine. Stay in the room I told you about and you won't be touched. Your only going to make sure I'll be alright." She was right. I wasn't partaking in anything they were doing. I was just going as her chaperone.

Finally dressed and ready to go, we hopped into her car and headed to CrestHill Village. To say being in this part of town didn't excite me was a total bullshit. Driving down the long windy road, traveling past the 2.5 million mansions made me feel prestigious.

We came to our destination stopping at the security gate of a grand mansion. The guard allowed us in when we told him our names and we made our way up the long driveway.

"Sheesh, you could fit about fifty cars in this driveway."

"And then some." I added.

Angie stopped at the front of the house and valet opened our doors. Stepping out in my dress and onto the steps I felt like I was going to a fancy charity auction at Oprah Whinfrey's house.

The front door opened and a black man in a black and white tux greeted us.  " Welcome." was all he said before he closed the door behind us. "This way."

We followed him to what seemed to be the grand living room behind tall mahogany doors. Sitting on one of the white couches were a few other people who were dressed like us with wine flutes in their hands.

"Please grab a glass and join the rest. The Host will be down in a short while." He instructed.

Doing as he said we took a glass and grabbed a seat socializing with the rest of the group. I ended up conversing with a couple named Mark and Angela. This was their tenth time attending one of these parties and they believed it was something that felt exhilarating and forbidden. They always did it as a couple and it was just one of their many kinky little secrets.

"Attention ladies and gentlemen." We all stopped talking and turned our attention to the same man that led Angie and I into this room.

"Entering Sebastian Crossley, Your host for the night."

In walks the same chocolate handsome man from the department store.

"Holy Shit."  I said louder than I needed to.

All eyes were on me, including his.
