In preparation for the feast, I draw a kitchen knife from my coat.
I can almost see the splotches of crimson across it's shiny blade.
I can almost see Sam's tears when they realize that their love is dead, brutally killed by a common murderer.
They'll know it was me, but they'll never be able to prove it.
I can already see the well-staged expression of grief painted on my face. Internally, I will be smiling, and laughing at the ignorance of the human race.
