Dan and Phil walked in silent as it started to drizzle
"Hey" Dan said
Phil looked at Dan
"Thanks for saving me back there" Dan said
Phil smiled
"It was nothing, what are friends for"
It was a couple seconds of silent before another word was muttered
"Was that Wolfsbane she threw at you?" Phil asked
Dan nodded
"Yeah, that stuff hurts"
"I could tell" Phil said
Then all of a sudden it started to pour
"Come on we've got to find some where to stay for the night" Dan said looking up at the moon
They both started to run though the rain,then the most amazing thing happened, they found a castle in the middle of no where.
Dan quickly knocked on the door
A tall butler opened the door and looked at the two soaking boys
"Ahh welcome" he said as he led the two into the castle
Dan and Phil a bit confused came into the beautiful castle
"Welcome to the manor" the butler said with a smile
"Thanks for letting us in, it's raining cats and dogs out there" Phil said
Dan shook his hair like a dog too get the water out
The butler and Phil look at him like he was crazy
"Since you'll be staying here for the night i'd like for you to meet my master"
the butler pointed to a man walking down the stairs, he had red hair and was wearing a black robe.
Dan and Phil looked at him in awe
"Ah I see we have guests" He said tightening his robe
"My name is Lawrence Talbot I am the owner of this fine Mansion"
Phil gawked at him
"The Lawrence Talbot, as in the king of werewolf kind!" Phil said excitedly
"So you've heard of me, for a human you seem to know whose who in the supernatural realm" Lawrence laughed
Phil shook his head
"No need to worry sir Im no human, Im actually a vampire" Phil said showing his fangs
Mr.Talbot got wide eyed
"I should have know who you were when you walked in, your Lester's son Philip"
"That's me" Phil smiled
"And who may this be then" Mr.Lester said pointing to Dan
Dan blushed as he looked at his feet
"This is my best friend Dan Howell"
Phil said punching Dan in the arm
Lawrence got got wide eyed but said nothing
"Well i'll show you two too your room" He said
Dan and Phil followed

Later that night
Phil was beyond bored and being a vampire meant that it was always hard to fall asleep at night, Phil did it but it took awhile.
Phil decided to check out the mansion
He walked around checking out each piece of art and stain glass window.
Phil finally came across a room and was stunned to see a huge fire place, big chairs, and a painting of Mr.Talbot. It was Lawrence's study
"Come in boy, I know your in the door way I can sense you"
Phil was shocked but came in and sat down next to Mr.Talbot
"I couldn't sleep" Phil said
"I didn't think Vampires ever slept" Mr.Talbot said
Phil chuckled
"I do sometimes"
then everything was silent for a moment
"So your friend Dan Howell...is a werewolf?" Mr.Talbot asked
Phil nodded
"Yeah he is"
"I knew his father, Mathew Howell" Mr.Talbot said
Phil got wide eyed
"You did?" Phil asked
Mr.Talbot nodded
"He was my best friend growing up, I just can't believe he had a son and never told me" Mr.Talbot said looking out the window as the lightning crashed
"Im sorry" Phil said
Mr.Talbot shook his head
"I just hope Dan doesn't transform tonight" Phil said
"Why would he transform, the moons not out?" Mr.Talbot asked
'His dad didn't tell Dan he was a werewolf until his 21st birthday, so he's got "build up" Phil said
Mr.Talbot shook his
"Typical Mathew"
Phil got up and headed out the door
" I just hope Dan doesn't , he needs all the rest he can get"
